The whole process was so easy and great! It was a little pricey compared to our other pug, but she is also 7 years old. Things in the world have gone up and so has the price of a puppy. Washington has come up with a new law where as you can't buy a puppy from a breeder anymore. If you want a puppy you need to go out of state to find one. So we took a chance and it went beautifully. Ema is so cute and adorable! We couldn't be happier!

The process of finding a new pet and navigating all that is involved in the purchase, payment and transporting of your new family member can be overwhelming. Pawrade did everything possible to make the process as smooth as it could be. Our customer service liaison was wonderful and the support staff was always there to answer any questions that came up if she was unavailable. We had conference calls between Pawrade, ourselves and the breeder during the process and the breeder's direct phone line and e-mail to contact them after we received our dog, if we had any questions. The transport company that they worked with was very friendly and professional, communicating with us and keeping us in the loop during their entire trip from Indiana to our home in Delaware. We highly recommend Pawrade to anyone who is searching for their new fur baby.

Hi~ Winston is settling in well! Our Pawrade experience was overall very positive. We were told he would be delivered to us within 4 days & he was delivered within 24 hours-the drivers were very fast! Our only thought was that we were given little information about him from the breeder. While he told us the food name, how much has he been feeding? (Our vet asked us that question). I know the breeder mentioned he was crated-was he completely housebroken or having occasional accidents throughout the day? He was delivered with his official papers & 2 small bags of food, a small toy, & bell. It would have been helpful to have a better handoff "report" about him. Was that bell system being used for house training? Our vet spoke with us about rewarding him with treats-we can't get him to take anything but his kibble. Was that his norm? FYI - we changed his name to Gibbs. Upon his arrival my sister and I just knew this was our dog. I cannot express how much love and joy he has brought to our house. We had a pug before, but she passed over a year ago. Our house was just a sad place until I saw Gibbs face. It was love at first sight. And you service was just outstanding. I was so worry about the puppy having to fly, until I read that you provided a nanny to fly with him. I realize I should have spoken out sooner, but we were having so my fun with our Gibbs, I got way behind in even responding to any emails. I want to thank you so very much; I know I got the right dog.
