Once we found our new puppy it was love at first sight. I have never used a concierge service to adopt a puppy and was initially weary of the process. I was skeptical of adopting a puppy online as there are so many scammers out there. The local shelters didn't have the kind of dog we hoped for, there were no legitimate seeming breeders in the area, and I would never do Craigslist. I am so happy to have found Pawrade. It was a legitimate company I could verify. The staff answered questions directly and did not push or rush any decision. I could pay with my credit card, and the contract was comprehensive. We got a lot of advice on how to best care for our new puppy, and it is clear that the health of the animals is the number one priority, not transactions. The delivery service was great also, with regular updates and real time GPS tracking. There was not a single surprise or added charge after the fact. Pawrade is the safest and best option if you are in the same situation as we were. We just took our new family member to the vet and they said he was in excellent health. Thank you!

She is not quite "laid back" as the description mentioned, but she is a puppy and that is to be expected. I cannot thank Pawrade enough for everything they have done.
