Thank you to Pawrade for our amazing Beagle puppy. To be honest I was a little nervous ordering a pet online. Thankfully the staff helped me feel comfortable with the process. The staff was always quick to respond about any concerns I had and they always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything. For instance, our puppy was only 4 weeks when we picked her and she couldn't be delivered for another 4 weeks. They were able to get me some updated pictures of our puppy around Christmas time so I could surprise the kids. Thank you again. Our family is beyond excited for our newest addition.

process was fast and easy

The pawrade team was very helpful throughout the process of our welcoming Pete to the family. He has been a joy since arriving with us last night and look forward to helping him adapt to his new home. The only recommendation I'd have to future buyers is to make sure to spend time discussing transportation options. We optioned for road travel over the flying options and the company that drove him up took a day longer than we originally planned, resulting in our pup spending 4 full days on the road vs the 2-3 we originally thought.

Most a great experience. Everything was straight forward as far as the whole process went. My puppy arrived happy and seems to be very healthy. I love how he was up to date on all his shots before I got him. The delivery drivers were super fast and friendly when they arrived after a long journey. My only complaint is the communication aspect. Puppy concierge was very quick and responsive before purchasing my puppy. However, afterwards it wasn't as good. Some messages were never responded to, and others were responded to days after (during normal business hours/days.) The whole process as far as the required insurance trial was frustrating, because I was just told one day I wasn't eligible and the 3 days after I got the dog that I was. Besides that, I am very happy with my puppy and glad I chose pawrade!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Pawrade from the beginning to the end. Puppy came clean and healthy. The transporter was in contact with me throughout the entire trip from Missouri to my front door. Our pup has adjusted well in the 2 days of having her.

The service with the handler was above and beyond Alesha is a hard worker and gets the job done, my puppy Dawn is happy and thriving. very good breeder!
