Great experience! Sara in sales was very fast at responding to my messages and so very helpful in setting up zooms with the breeder so we could see the puppies. Morgan from Pet Pal did a great job with explaining the process and steps in how we would get our puppy and kept in touch with us. We used a nanny, April, who was fantastic! Everything was great,until pickup for airlines. Was told cargo company had my dog in next town over from airport. Went there no dog. Was told he would be at terminal B cargo area. No one fro American Airlines was on duty. Waited 15 minutes and finally they found him. That means poor dog was in a carrier for (12) hours. Need better coordination with airline on pet pickup. Oh,dog was in great shape and everything else was great.
