Very helpful process and can tell they care about the health and wellness of the puppy. Only complaint was it seems the company and the breeders may not be on the same page. I was told I would receive toys, a harness & leash, and a blanket but I did not receive any of those. the breeder also took a very long time that we ended up driving to go pick the dog up even after paying the delivery fee.

Eliza- now Roxy and her new sister Remmie are both incredibly cute and both little ladies. They were both potty trained and were clearly well loved prior to arriving ! We live are new arrivals!

I highly recommend pawrade to everyone who wants to have a furry babies! And they're great in communication.

We picked up our new puppy today and he is perfect! Pawrade was awesome. They stayed in touch throughout the process and made sure puppy was happy and healthy before coming home to us. Would definitely reccommend the service.

Process was smooth and the calls and Emails from the support staff were all very helpful. The only slight glitch was the actual pick up at the airport and the fault of the carrier. I arrived to a closed American Airlines at Burbank Airport. After paging them for 45 minutes someone finally arrived. All ended well.

I have never met a better team to work with, that gives us more attention in finding our furever puppy. Shannon, Kayce, and ESPECIALLY Beth we're amazing. I was so pleased with their teamwork, that I'm actually working with Beth again to find another puppy. ❤
