My name’s Destiny, and I am one of the Customer Concierges for Pawrade! I have two Miniature Australian Shepherd pups named Nox (1-year-old) and Eevee (6 months old). As someone who’s been obsessed with this particular breed for as long as I can remember, they’ve been everything I could’ve ever dreamed of and more!
In January 2022, I started my search for the perfect little Aussie to welcome into our home. I searched for about three months and found one I thought was perfect. Lo and behold, I was almost scammed out of a lot of money for a dog that’s pretty well-known on social media!
Nox the Australian Shepherd
Shortly after, my sister sent me to Pawrade. I worked with a Puppy Concierge to find a pup. Unfortunately, we weren't quite ready for a puppy, so we held off for a little longer. About 3-4 months later, I received a link to a listing for a puppy named Ace. It was love at first sight. Without hesitation, I adopted him the same day. It was easily the best decision I ever made.

Pawrade took the guesswork out of determining whether a listing was legitimate. Also, having an entire team around to ensure my pup made it home safe and sound took a lot of stress off my shoulders! I’m Shannon Gegor, and I have Dolly Parton, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. She was considered too difficult by one of our buyers. She surrendered the pup back to the breeder, so I decided to take her into our home. Dolly is as sweet as can be just like her namesake, so we had a totally opposite experience than the buyer!
Dolly’s goofy sense of humor and affectionate personality is awesome. She is very bossy but meshes well with our laid-back Bernese Mountain Dog.
Pawrade’s an awesome place to get a puppy for a lot of reasons, but I think it comes down to the people. Our breeders and our staff are awesome! It’s hard to put into words but I just feel “taken care of” with Pawrade. You can tell that they take pride in what they do and care about every single puppy. That’s super important to me.

I got my puppies from a breeder who was amazing in every way. I bought both puppies directly from the breeder when he did an offer for employees. Puzzle Pieces delivered them from Ohio to Florida. The driver Christien was very nice, always in touch and he even had both puppies sharing a crate so they could be close to each other.

The breeder I worked with often in travel was amazing! I fell in love with her compassion for her pups and the great lengths she went to when dealing with other buyers. I knew that when the time came for us to add a pup, she was the one I wanted to buy from. I had our sales team see what pups the breeder had available or any future litters and immediately fell in love with Athena when she was only 3 weeks old.
While we waited anxiously for one of our trusted animal transporters to bring her home at 8 weeks, the breeder supplied me weekly with updated pictures. The kids were so thrilled! From our knowledgeable sales reps to the support concierge team, I always had constant communication. I loved that our breeder liaison team has already done all the hard work of making sure the breeder I opted to purchase from was vetted already. This is Maverick, our 1-year-old Siberian Husky from Pawrade. He was surrendered to us by a previous buyer who decided they could not care for him any longer in the way he deserved. Although we were completely unprepared for a puppy at the time, Mav settled right in and became our daughter's best furry friend. He is very gentle, intelligent, and spunky. We couldn’t imagine life without our crazy puppy and are so thankful for Pawrade bringing him into our lives!

My name is Devlyn, and I'm the Breeder Liaison Manager here at Pawrade. I got my Old English Sheepdog puppy, Fitzgerald, from Pawrade and honestly couldn't be more thrilled with him! Just over two years ago I was working as a salesperson for Pawrade and while working on some leads, I came across Fitz's pictures on our site. The prospective buyer that was interested in him had a lot of questions. In the course of answering those questions, I formed a really cool friendship with Fitzgerald's breeder and learned about his upbringing, the breeder's background, where he charted on puppy aptitude tests, etc.
Fast forward five days and my prospective buyer got cold feet and decided not to purchase Fitz. I was already in love with him at that point, so I jumped at the chance to swoop in and get him. About a week later, Fitz showed up on my birthday!
I can honestly say that Pawrade partners with some fantastic breeders that do an amazing job raising their puppies. That alone would give me the confidence needed to get my next puppy from here. I am Kelli Dean. I am our Customer Relations Manager. I found Birdie while working in our Sales Department. I was helping another puppy family select their family newest family member. They were considering my little Birdie, and I fell in love with her during a Zoom call with the breeder. They passed on our little Bird Dog. I thought about it for all of 10 minutes and then decided she was the pup for us. I did not need another dog, But I couldn't NOT get her either. She was meant for us. She lives up to her name; she reminds us of a bird. She pounces everywhere and also flies through the air.

Hi, I am Alyssa Dean, and I work with Customer Relations. I came across my pup Bandit through Pawrade one summer night. He was in the process of being surrendered that evening. There was a double rainbow and then I saw a cardinal fly through the backyard which must have been a sign because a few days later I drove to New Jersey to pick up my very first dog of my own! He is special to me in many ways, and I am so thankful for Pawrade making it possible for me to have him.
Pawrade is a great place to browse for puppies, and everyone on the team is always there to answer any questions I had when I was going through the process of getting Bandit. It really is a great process – everything goes so smoothly, and it is almost as if you do not have to do anything. It reminds me of online shopping for clothes.
