Sophia is more than what we expected in a good way. Our Sterling, which we also got from Pawrade and delivered by Wags on Wheels, has not taken to her yet but he will in time. Her first day she was tired from her journey but by that night she started feeling much better. She is lovable and super sweet. We could not be happier. We take her to her vet appointment tomorrow and hopefully everything checks out perfectly. We is a great addition to our family. Much love. The Miller’s

I don't know really where to start. Losing my almost 18 yr. old JRT in March broke my heart, but I knew I could not live without another one. My search began all over the place, but it didn't make any sense until I found Pawrade by accident. I was impressed with all that I read and had to wait for JRTs to appear on the site. My timing did not match the timing of the puppies, but Tony worked with me to make it happen when my schedule freed up and I could devote 100% of my attention to a new puppy. She is adorable!!! Full of life, but we as JRT owners expect that and love this part. I can tell that she has been loved before coming to me and we are going to make a great home together. The process was perfect and built my confidence every step of the way. Thank you! I don't believe any dog can replace one who leaves us, but I do believe that they can fill a well defined void where love was always the glue that holds everything together. She will thrive here. So will I!

Pawrade communication from beginning to end was outstanding. The couple that delivered my puppy (Aaron and his wife) were beautiful people. Thank you! Tears of joy do not come often enough - even during a 1 am puppy delivery. That moment will be forever engraved in my memory bank! Malcom was renamed Sebastian!

We are pleased with our puppy. We did have a few questions that did not get addressed, but the puppy is healthy. And we know they're at the mercy of their breeders, when it comes to videos and information on the puppies.The gentlemen who transported our puppy did a great job. It would have been nice to have a little more notice on delivery so we could adjust our schedule accordingly. But using Three Sixty Live was very nice as it kept us up to date in real time.We are pleased with our puppy. Great service process was simple and easy. Communication was a little sparse. One thing I would recommend is maybe sending some updated pics when people are waiting for a puppy out of state. I know you’re not the breeder, but you’re in contact with the breeder. It would’ve been nice just to see some fresh pics after a couple weeks of purchasing a puppy when they couldn’t travel right away.

The process was easy at the beginning, but later started complex with different representatives and areas like Petpay etc. We needed to be contactingbthe representatives to received updates on the puppy and that let us know maybe the representatives were busy or not interested in the process.
