This has been a horrid experience. I'm distraught and angry on every level. My dog arrived sick to the point of hospitalization. His records are out of date. The dog had to come two weeks later due to weight (understandable) but pawrade would not allow me to recoup the two weeks lost of health insurance even though I followed every instruction to the tee. This has been a nightmare and it continues. And everyone I speak to has a different answer/story/confusion. I'm not easily rattled but I'm devastated. And already in debt bc of all the emergency hospital care he's needing to stay alive and healthy. If there were a place to report Pawrade for horrible business practices and failures I'd do it in a heartbeat.

This was a wonderful experience. You made is so easy to purchase my fur baby! The Wags on Wheels were so awesome to work with also! I was able to track my puppy and they were in contact with me up until they delivered her to my front door. Would HIGHLY recommend Pawarade to anyone looking for a REPUTABLE breeder. He is a little devil. He was so quiet when we got him and within hours, he awoke with horns. He has a lot of personality and is very perfective of us already. We won't have him any other way he is perfect. The lady who had him at the end did a great job and the people who drove him here were wonderful. If I were rich, I would take Johney. Thank you Carol

I was skeptical at first because you hear so much about puppy scams, but Barton was SO CUTE that I decided to take a chance and I am so happy that I did! He is everything I hoped he would be and more. Everyone I communicated with at Pawrade was so helpful. They provided step by step instructions from start to finish in the adoption process. I even got to see his travel progress! He was delivered on time and the vet says he is healthy. Pawrade is the real deal!

The process was complicated, but I think it showed that Pawrade is a serious company. Puppy arrived healthy, although very dirty, but we were told to expect this. Transport must not have been that traumatizing because he is already playing with us and with his big brother Paul! Overall, the stringent process made me feel like Pawrade was a serious company, completely focused on the well-being of our Puppy.

Remy (formerly Donaldson) is the sweetest little guy. He is a Morkie and is oh, so adorable. At almost 3 months he is almost completely housebroken. We have only had him for three days! He is fun, frisky, sweet and is winning over our two kittens! Working with Pawrade and his breeder has been very easy and stress free. Both Pawrade and his breeder answered any questions we had and made the transition to our home enjoyable. I would highly recommend using Pawrade to have a stress-free experience in finding your new best buddy:)

We absolutely love Maggie May (previously Taylor). But… She did not arrive with the food we were told to provide. No blanket, no collar or harness, no toys. She seems quite large for a puppy with smallish parents. We were looking for a teacup. Her dew claws were not removed. The paperwork was ridiculously repetitive and endless… For the price paid, the service was pretty bad! The delivery people were great though.

The process was fairly smooth but there were some communication breakdowns and slow responses. The other struggles were receiving the wrong paperwork from the owner and the owner claiming she was housebroken when she definitely was not. Pawrade should vet the owners and ensure the honesty of their owners better

The process of buying and communicating with the breeder and understanding everything you need to have before your puppy arrives is very good. My issue of it all is in regards of travel for my puppy. I bought most expensive option in order to have things go as smoothly as possible and so that puppy can have less stress through the process of arriving to me. But they say they only fly standby (meaning there is no guarantee they will even make that flight) Puppy was flying from Houston to LA, they missed 3 flights, were at the airport all day and wanted me to wait for next day for them to TRY to make a flight. NO GUARANTEE that was even going to happen, there were very affordable tickets (100-200) for flights that same day or next. That would be easiest to thing to do and have the puppy avoid all this stress and health risks. At the end I ended up flying to Houston to pick up poor puppy from breeder and spent much more that I could've avoided if I knew how much drama it was going to be.

My wife wanted a mini dapple daschund for her birthday. Since these dogs are hard to come by we decided to go through Pawrade. We found other sites but they seemed risky/ fraudulent you can have piece of mind that this company is legitimate. Her puppy came rather quickly the whole process took about 2-3 weeks. My family is super satisfied with the puppy would recommend 100%.
