Pawrade was wonderful from start to finish with getting us linked up with our new puppy Butters (formerly known as Bear). Everything was smooth throughout the entire process. I was very impressed with how thorough they were with everything to make sure everything went great. I would highly recommend!

This was a smooth process from start to finish. Our puppy concierge was helpful throughout the whole process, and helped us to find the perfect pup. The thoroughness in explaining what to do, what to expect, and how to acclimate our new puppy was much appreciated. I highly recommend working with pawrade to bring home your dream dog with as little stress and worry as possible.
Our experience with PawRade was awesome!!! Each person we spoke to or messaged from our first inquiry to the person who dropped off our little bundle of joy was awesome! They were professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly and excited for us. It is obvious that their first priority is that all decisions are made for the welfare of the puppy and we could not agree more! Everyone was very nice and very professional. We did have a few grey areas with delivery, but at the end of the day our new puppy Harper "Rosa" arrived staff and sound 24 hours ago and my wife and are totally in love with our new girl. The transportation team was excellent as well !
We have had dogs for over 60 years, however have never bought one sight unseen until now. We got the toy poodlepuppy (nicknamed Charlotte) (this afternoon from a private nanny (Doug) who flew her to us from Chicago to Durango, CO where I met him. She arrived healthy, happy, and cuddly. I was very impressed with his care and compassion.
Her name is now Savvy Anne. She had her first med check with her vet, Dr, Hartman today. Perfect health. She is adorable and when playing with toys reminds me of a small bucking pony or kitten. I will send pictures as soon as I learn how this weekend. She sleeps with me at night & wakes me up to PP. she's only been here since Tuesday morning June sixth. Very gifted & precious. The only complaint was on me. I'm not computer literate anymore.. I've been retired for 11 years..

What a great company! Everyone was so personable and were prompt in answering all of our questions and concerns! The breeder was wonderful as well once we were able to meet him. The transaction was easy and our puppy arrived clean and healthy! She is so sweet! We love her to pieces!!

We are very very happy from start to finish. Everyone Who I had spoken to, e mailed. Very professional and informative.. I'm very happy with my little. yorkie.
I'm absolutely obsessed with my new baby he's the sweetest. The breeder was very kind and the purchasing process was easy. I did have some issues with communication through the website. I didn't get the address or contact info for the breeder until the night before I had to pick him up. Sounded like she gave a lot more information to the person I'd been working with but it didn't get passed along and she apologized for them. It was over all a very good experience, just getting travel information was stressful.
We are very happy with the process of getting our puppy from the beginning of finding our puppy through your advertising to picking up our puppy at airport from nanny. The nanny was very helpful and protective of puppy which I liked very much. Thank all of you for your help in getting puppy to me.

Pawrade as a company is great but my personal experience with the breeder of my puppy wasn't very good. My puppy had some medical issues that should have been resolved before selling the puppy
Great dealing with the people from Pawrade!! They stayed in constant communication with me. Devin, and Donna were a joy to deal with. But the most important part was the puppy I purchased!!! He is way beyond my expectations!!! I would give Pawrade more stars if possible!!! Thank you!!!

We love Buttercup and know she was loved. Communication with us was better before we paid for her Nd then there were days of waiting for some responses. That would be my only negative.
Things went fine but for people like me that cann't use a cell phone or computor, it made it challanging. There was a 100 dollars off on our dog but wasn't passed on to me.
My puppy is beautiful and healthy. Your selection of his breeder was excellent!

I bought my frenchie baby from pawrade. This was my first time purchasing a puppy and the experience was a 10 out of 10. All of the representatives were responsive and helpful, before I purchased, during transportation and after delivery. I couldn't not be more happy with my purchase.
