The entire process was amazing and simple. I love how the employees at pawrade were so quick, prompt, kind and easy to reach whenever I had questions. I feel like the company goes above and beyond to make sure that our puppy was from an ethical breeder. If we were to look for another furry friend I'd definitely would go pawrade again.

We are almost 1 week into having our puppy from pawrade and we are very happy to have him. We were able to have him delivered to us with Wags on Wheels and they were great! Our main concern is with the breeder. It seemed like our breeder was reluctant to show us pics or videos of our puppy and we really wanted these as we were nervous purchasing a dog online with scams these days. Every time we asked for a pic it seemed difficult to obtain and we asked multiple times for videos and this was never provided, we were told our breeder had issues with their internet but that didn't make a ton of sense to us as there were pics given to us. There was no info given to us about the breeder at all, no name, no location other than state, no real information about mom or dad, etc. We did ask for pics of mom and dad and we were given a pic of a dachshund that was a really popular image on google. In fact, if you type in, "dachshund" into a google search it's one of the first pics to pop up.

First I want to say Pawrade is not a scam like I thought it was, I have to admit I was a little worried when they had to switch the day of delivery due to weather conditions, but my pup is home and safe. Other then that it was wonderful getting a pup from them. Thank you.

My pup, Rio, arrived Thursday and he was more than what we could even dream about. He is super handsome and I swear to you he is potty trained at 9 weeks old. Not one accident in the house as of Saturday evening as I'm writing this review. Great job breeder!!! As far as the transition goes it was informitive and super smooth. I enjoyed the updated and quick answers to my questions or concerns. Best decision ever!!

My beagle puppy, Pluto, is perfect! The travel caretakers took wonderful care of him on his 4 day journey to me from Missouri. I enjoyed the text updates during their journey to me. Delivered at 1:00 am and my puppy was as happy as can be! I cried as they handed me my new baby. Thank you Pawrade!

I am very satisfied with the puppy but the process full of issues and I would not do it again. A big problem is they don't have security but require you to send personal Identity information via non secure ways. Before the purchase they communicate well with phone calls but after payment is received, it is via text message and links. If you need me asap then call me, I am easy to reach with a call, don't send me over 20 message links in one day, with the same message. After negotiating a way to send information, personal identity information, in a secure way, I was supposed to get a call the next day with further instructions but instead I received a outrageous message on the link that I had "ghosted them" ( we spoke the day before ) and that I had a contractual agreement. Pawrade needs to get SOME security and follow-up as agreed without threatening buyers. After receiving my puppy I ask for help, insurance email bounced back, but no answer from Pawrade.

Puppy (6 months) that I received was not as advertised and seems to have been abused, terrified of all people and it has been a struggle to try and get him acclimated since we picked him up at the airport. We have no recourse to get this corrected because of the contract signed. I went with Pawrade because I thought the breeders were vetted to be good and selling quality dogs but we have not had that experience at this point. As for travel arrangements those were done quickly and I have no complaints.

I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went. My concierge Holly was absolutely amazing. She always got back to me in a timely manner, and answered any questions that I had. My new baby is super healthy and a happy boy. I am over the moon. Thank you Holly and Pawrade.

Initially when you're inquiring about a puppy you will get a very quick response but after you purchase it goes down hill after that. I will never use a service like this again. Deal directly with a breeder and save yourself a headache.

Well the transaction with pawrade to purchase my puppy started out very smoothly and nice and safe feeling , near the end when I was actually supposed to pick up my Puppy, it got very scary and sketchy and I actually thought we were being scammed. but pawrade did come through and Was able to ensure that I got my puppy, so I thank them for that. with that being said, the puppy I received was Sick with a respiratory infection. he was taken to the vet 2 days after I got him. The respiratory infection was from when he was with the breeder. He is on some heavy antibiotics and cough medications. Hopefully my vet will be able to get him healthy again. I do think Pawrade needs to look into this breeder because a friend of mine also picked up a puppy the same day I did from the same. Breeder and hers was even sicker than mine so he may be a sketchy breeder. If pawrade wants to continue receiving 5 stars, they need to look into this breeder and possibly stop using this breeder.

We are thrilled with our "Fur Baby". However, the process wasn't without its challenges. There were so many different people that we had to deal with, it was sometimes difficult to know if we were coming or going. The communication process leaves a lot to be desired. Once we paid, it was like we fell off the face of the earth. We had to beg for updates. It was almost a month between paying the entire bill, and getting our little girl, and having to wonder or push for updates is less then desirable. Our Nanny was delightful and communicated every step of the trip. Shell is a treasure. Thank you for giving us the pathway to expanding our family, but work on procedures!
