Open and honest about the process. Trustworthy, they will have your puppy delivered promptly to your door in great condition and health. Highly recommend the Pawrade system. Would do it again if I wanted to.

I have a beautiful and loving little furball! High quality and very trustworthy site. Everyone was friendly and professional! Paperwork and process was extensive, but worth it in the end! It is a bit nerve racking to get a puppy/dog on the internet sight unseen, but is always felt safe. I felt like my personal liaison and then transportation concierge were on my side: listened well; were knowledgeable; were compassionate with my questions!

From start to finish this was a great experience...we're so impressed with their level of communication and Pawrade keeps you posted every step of the way. I love their motto "Puppy First" and they certainly stand by it. We're in love with Cooper our Cocker Spaniel!

Staff was good at communication early and often. Engaged with a manager who was empathetic and attentive to a small concern we had. Transport of dog hit some hurdles but dog arrived in good health.

The adoption process was very easy and my puppy is fantastic. My only concern was if I used the concierge service I was told it could take 2 - 4 days for her to arrive, when she was only 3 1/2 hours away. I decided to pick her up myself and it worked out perfect.
Pawrade was such a pleasure to deal with during the whole process of getting the yorkie pup that we chose to our home! Thanks again to all the wonderful staff we dealt with!

We love our puppy. The process was seamless. The only ask we have is that the delivery time be updated along the delivery persons route. They often deliver several puppies along the route and don't communicate updates times which can be challenging when your original delivery time was 3am. Otherwise we couldn't be happier.
I love my pup! He's a sweetie with just the right disposition for me. Pawrade was able to facilitate a phone meeting with him so I could sound out his bark and see his temperament. No complaints. They've been accommodating and helpful in every step.
Good experience overall. A lot of info all at once. Breeder was fantastic. Some disappointing communication for first time buyer. Tara in sales was fantastic. After that the Travel department was stressful to deal with. I think everyone should remember that you are dealing with first time buyers. You have an extensive process and I appreciate that as it is necessary for buyer, breeder and Pawrade. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone.
We are over the moon happy with our precious new cavapoo puppy, Teddy Bear!! We had a wonderful experience with Pawrade and are happy to leave them a glowing review! The entire process was very smooth and straightforward. We found our Teddy and I reached out to inquire and start the process of adoption. Pawrade was super helpful at every step and kept me informed of everything along the way. I had questions and they responded in a timely, helpful manner. Honestly, we've never adopted an animal like this before and I was a bit leery. But Pawrade eased my fears, were very professional and organized and enabled us to just be excited about our new fur baby.
