Take your time to browse available puppies. Our puppy associates along with the breeder will answer any questions you may have. We firmly believe in building a relationship between you and your breeder. We track and record all communications to ensure a safe and smooth transaction. Screening
We require you complete the Buyer Questionnaire so our breeders and our puppy associates have a better understanding of you, your family, your living arrangements, lifestyle and location.

Pay via PetPay
Once you have settled on a puppy and pledge to raise, care and provide for him/her then click the Reserve Me button. You will be directed to our secure payment processing website, PetPay.com. You may place a deposit if the puppy is less than 7 weeks of age, otherwise payment in full is required. Make sure you select your preferred method of travel (we'll finalize with you at a later point in time). No puppy will be released for travel or pickup until payment is made in full. Coordinate & Plan
After payment is made the breeder must review and accept or decline your purchase request. Upon acceptance we begin the placement process. We manually review every transaction. During this stage we will be in touch with you to confirm your identity (if need be) and to finalize your plans for travel. As travel plans are made you will receive continual updates via SMS text messaging and email. Take this time to begin prepping your house for your puppy's arrival. It is important to understand we take a Puppy First Approach to ensure the health and well being with every puppy placement.

Head to Tail Veterinary Exam
Before any puppy is allowed to be released we require he or she be 8 weeks of age and meet a suitable weight threshold. Some breeders may opt to hold the puppy until 12 weeks of age for certain breeds. Every puppy must be up-to-date on all vaccinations, pass a head to tail vet exam, and be issued a health certificate before the puppy will be allowed to travel. It is important to remember, these are the breeder's babies and the breeder remains in full control.

Safe Journey Home
Yay! The time has come to welcome your fur baby home! Each breeder offers their own Journey Home options, so be sure to review the details here: Puppy Journey Home. As you prepare, we're here to help with any questions along the way. Upon being united with your furry one, you can expect to receive your puppy's vaccination and health records. We also ask for a photo of you and your fur baby at the time of delivery—these moments are truly special, and we love celebrating them with you!
