Pawrade is owned and operated by Pet Media, Inc. ("Pawrade," "Pet Media," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Pawrade operates as an online advertising platform connecting breeders and potential buyers. Pawrade enables breeders to list available puppies for sale, and allows prospective buyers to inquire about those listings. Pawrade does not operate as a payment processor, broker, or pet seller, but may facilitate referrals or links to third-party services such as PetPay for payment processing.

We collect information to provide our services, operate our platform, ensure compliance, and improve your experience. Information may be collected directly from you or automatically when you use our services.

Information you provide directly:

• Name, email address, phone number, city, state, and zip code when you inquire about a listing or create an account.
• Breeder profile information including kennel name, business details, pet listing descriptions, photos, and videos.
• Messages you submit during communications between buyers and breeders.
• Pet information including breed preferences, adoption timeline, and pet care interests.

Information collected automatically:

• Device data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and usage behavior through analytics tools and log files.
• Cookies or similar tracking technologies used for functionality, personalization, analytics, and advertising.

Information received through external connections:

• Optional connections through third-party accounts (such as Facebook, Google, or Twitter).

Payment Information via Third Parties: Pawrade does not directly collect payment or financial information. Payment transactions may be processed by PetPay.com and third-party providers such as Stripe. Information collected by those providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the Pawrade platform and services.
• Display breeder listings and pet profiles.
• Facilitate buyer-breeder inquiries and communications.
• Personalize user experiences and improve our services.
• Communicate with users about their accounts, platform updates, and support issues.

By submitting any content, communications, or information through Pawrade—including inquiry forms, messages, call recordings, search preferences, or platform activity—you grant Pet Media, Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliated services a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to store, use, reproduce, analyze, aggregate, attribute, and display such data.

We may use submitted data for:

• AI-based modeling, forensic analysis, and pattern recognition
• Transparency scoring and behavioral assessments
• Cross-platform data integration with affiliated services
• Research, trend analysis, and consumer protection initiatives
• Attribution to specific users, breeders, transactions, or patterns

Data may be shared with affiliated services operating under separate brands for transparency, analytics, compliance, or service improvement purposes.

Communications, platform activity, and submitted content are retained indefinitely to support forensic analysis and long-term transparency initiatives, even after account closure. This license survives termination of your account or platform use.

We may share information with trusted partners to help connect you with services that benefit you and your pet. You have the right to opt out of certain sharing practices as described below. Pawrade may share information under the following circumstances:

• With breeders and sellers: Information you submit in an inquiry is shared with the breeder to allow them to respond to you.
• With affiliates and service providers: We may share information with Pet Media, Inc. affiliates or authorized vendors who assist in operating our platform.
• With PetPay and Stripe: Payment links may redirect you to PetPay.com, where transactions may be processed by Stripe.
• With trusted pet care partners: We may connect you with carefully selected service providers as described in the section below.
• For legal compliance: We may disclose information to comply with subpoenas, legal processes, or to prevent fraud, safety threats, or platform misuse.
• Corporate transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred with appropriate safeguards.

To support you and your new puppy, Pawrade works with carefully selected pet care service providers who may be able to help you. These trusted partners include veterinarians, pet insurance providers, prescription services, training programs, and other pet wellness resources.

With your permission, we may introduce you to these partners by sharing your contact information so they can reach out with relevant services and offers. You have complete control over these connections and can opt out at any time.

Legal Note: Under certain state privacy laws, including California's Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), sharing information with partners in exchange for compensation may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. While we view this as connecting you with helpful services, we want to be transparent about how privacy laws may categorize these practices. You have the right to opt out, and we make it easy to do so.

What Happens When You Opt Out:

Opting out will NOT affect:

• Your ability to use Pawrade's services and find puppies
• Communications from breeders about your inquiries
• Platform features and functionality
• Sharing necessary for platform operations or legal requirements

Opting out WILL prevent:

• Future sharing of your information with new partner service providers
• Receiving outreach from partners about their services

Important Notes: Your opt-out applies to future sharing. Information already shared with partners before your opt-out remains with those partners according to their policies. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your request. If you created your account before January 23, 2026, you'll receive an email with opt-out information and won't be included in partner connections until 30 days after that notice.

Pawrade uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience, analyze traffic, maintain platform functionality, and support marketing efforts. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but certain features may be limited if cookies are disabled.

Third-party analytics or advertising partners may also use cookies subject to their own privacy policies.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Your account is protected by your password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Although we use industry-standard measures such as SSL encryption, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to operate our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Closing your account will not necessarily result in full deletion of data related to prior activity, inquiries, or transactions.

Partner Connection Opt-Out: If you opt out of partner connections, we will stop sharing your information with new partners going forward. However, information already shared with partners before your opt-out remains subject to their respective privacy policies. Opting out does not constitute a deletion request for information we hold.

You may update or correct your account information at any time. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails via opt-out links.

Account closures and certain deletion requests may be submitted by contacting support@pawrade.com. Please note that some records may be retained for compliance and operational integrity.

Pawrade is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

Our platform may link to external websites, including breeder sites or third-party providers. This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party sites. We encourage you to review any applicable privacy policies before submitting personal information on external websites.

Pawrade operates in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

California residents may exercise certain privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to opt out of sharing personal information with partner service providers. We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and by posting an updated notice on our website.
