I can't say how well your service is. After all my research hen my wife and I decided to get a new puppy, let me say our new Shellie is fabulous. However your service was very helpful and answered all our questions and were very helpful in navigating through the entire process. If there is any negativity was how long our pup had to endure traveling. Nothing bad about the dog transporting company, in fact Stephen the driver was nice and answered all our questions and did t rush the transfer. The amount of communication received all at once was kind of overwhelming. I had to wait for my puppy to get old enough to be delivered and then there was a weather delay; so much of the communications of what steps I needed to do upon my puppy's arrival was difficult to locate. All of the consigliere have been helpful in helping find the information. The 72 hour window to get the initial vet check done is kind of rigid especially for those that might receive their pup on a weekend or around a holiday. I was a little uncomfortable with signing the Transfer of Ownership document before I had the chance to take my pup to the vet for a wellness check because you are signing that you are taking the pup "AS IS". The breeder did not provide information on where/how to activate the microchip. My pup is very sweet and very smart and we will have a great life together.
