Dan, Renee #1 and Renee #2 could have not been more accommodating and knowledgeable. It was my first time using a service such as this (I normally prefer to get to know the breeder myself) but they answered any and all questions I had, explained how everything would work, and really gave me and my family a great piece of mind. All three would answer questions well in to the late hours of the night and on weekends, making sure I was never more than 30 minutes away from an answer. Truly an incredible team you've built and whatever you're paying them, I can tell you it's not enough. These people love what they do and that love spills over into the adoption process. My thanks to them for helping me bring Beaumont (now Ansem or Handsome Ansem as my daughter calls him) into our home. He's been doing incredible and has already made fast friends with our other dogs. I got two pugs I can't express enough how lovey this company is!!!! We had a previous encounter with a thief I was concerned but after the reviews I had hope!!! My sweet stinkers are here as promised dates etc the driver was a sweetheart the whole staff was amazing

Our puppy is the sweetest little girl. She arrived via a flight nanny who did a superb job as she was immediately very calm without any whimpering. The breeder did an excellent job, she has no problems in sleeping in her crate and loves the car. Initial puppy wellness exam from my vet was excellent report of health. Thank you!

Pawrade was great. At first I was a little worried about purchasing a dog online, but everyone that I talked to answered all my questions, and let me know on every step of the process. I was also worried about transporting "Billy" our puppy, but I was informed when they picked him up, and Michael the transporter let us know when they were close to our house, and he arrived in perfect condition. Billy is a bundle of energy but so far is a great dog. Thank you Pawrade for making our experience easy and wonderful.
