First off, I absolutely LOVE my new baby, little Maltipoo Mabel! (formally Duchess). Everyone at Pawrade was amazing to deal with, from the first conversation, to answering ALL my questions, and FaceTiming with the pup and breeder. She was transported by Ground and everyone stayed in touch with me the entire time, putting me at ease. I thank everyone for such a wonderful, ease-free experience, but mostly for sending this beautiful, cute little girl to me safe & sound!!

Odessa is such a sweet puppy. The transporters took very good care of her. She was clean when she arrived here. She is adjusting well. Emily was very helpful doing the process. I can tell that she was exposed to many different situations which makes her able to adjust to her new home easily. She is a joy to have in her in our home. We will take very good care of her.

I had a wonderful experience getting our puppy from this company. We purchased a Great Dane for $3,200, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. One of the best parts was the delivery—our puppy traveled about 18 hours to be delivered directly to us, which made everything so convenient for our family. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. They were quick to respond, answered every question we had, and kept us updated leading up to delivery so we always knew what to expect. It really made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. When our puppy arrived, he was healthy, happy, and clearly very well cared for. You can tell they truly care about their dogs and the families they go to. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and we are so happy with our new furry family member. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-raised puppy and a smooth, professional experience.

This was a very interesting process for getting Jagger. It was overall easy to use but at times needed some clarification. Some of the instructions in the process seemed to conflicted in the timing of what we needed to do, however, our concierge and backup concierge on weekends was able to give us the answers we needed and all were very helpful. There is one thing that should occur early on after purchase, getting talks with the breeder sooner. Otherwise everything was great! Traci our Nanny, was great. She kept us informed at every step of Jagger’s journey flying cross country from Ft Wayne, Indiana to Portland, Oregon. Jagger is now enjoying his new forever home. Jagger Rules!

Paul arrived last night a day earlier than expected. He is perfect, such a joy to my 8 yr old absolutely adores him and they haven’t been separated since he arrived. He seems to have settled in nicely, no concerns from what I can see. He looks happy, is playing and first night in crate went well, minus some minor whimpering which I expected. The process was easy and well organized. The arrangements for transport and explanation in terms of responsibility was clear and the concierge always available for questions. Important to mention is how well the little puppy was trained, adjusted, self confident and healthy. All information, pictures and descriptions were truthful- not what I experienced with shady "adoption agencies". This points to a well chosen breeder by Pawade and a quality control that is worth the money you pay.
