I was so nervous at first. But everything went smoothly. And my pup is PERFECT ❤️ He came crate trained & potty trained. He was delivered with perfect care. I definitely recommend Pawrade. I look forward in getting another pup.
Pawrade was exceptional the whole process. Transportation was wonderful as well. My only concern is that the puppy has several Mats in the coat that are going to have to be cut. This tells me that the breeder didn’t brush as needed. I was told she weighs 3 lbs. vet appointment on Monday but she seems thin to me. She is a very sweet girl and is going to be a great addition to my family.

No deworming, fleas, eating feces, ears infections, traumatized stress, no pee pad training as it was announced, don't think is a purebred Chihuahua, looks like a mix, Maltese and Chihuahua. Price like it was for a purebred. Delivery conditions unacceptable!

Wonderful pup delivered with the greatest of care
I was nervous about using a service like this because of the controversial nature of it. But I was tired of getting dogs that the seller claimed would remain small & then they didn’t. As I don’t think I will have the opportunity or ability to keep acquiring pets, this time I wanted to get it right … and I have. There were requirements that had to be met by everyone involved. This included Pawrade, the breeder, the breeder’s vet, myself, my vet & the transport nanny. That’s a lot to coordinate & it was done almost seamlessly. I say almost because there were a couple of tiny hiccups, which are to be expected. For instance, a flight delay because of weather. Would I do this again? Absolutely! I’m in love with my little chi & he has the sweetest personality. I think he is quite smart, too. I noticed he was watching the TV screen & he was barking at the doggie in the mirror, which, of course, was him. If it’s time in your life, don’t hesitate to buy from Pawrade.

It was a great experience from the first sighting of our beautiful baby girl to here arrival. Communication was great. The paperwork was easy and the guys who brought her home to us were very friendly and helpful. I loved being able to see where she was and tracking her arrival. She is so loved and she seems to be adjusting very well to us. Thank you all so much💕

The dog is gorgeous and healthy. That part is good. But I didn't have a great experience. We chose a dog, and paid for it. Then, a few days later, the gal calls us and tells us that they sold the dog to someone else. So we chose another dog. I asked to have the name changed, because I didn't want a dog named George. The puppy wasn't going to be ready for 6 weeks, so this shouldn't have been an issue, yet for some reason, it was. They wouldn't do that for me. Then, when the dog got delivered, they came at 3:00am on a Wednesday morning. That seemed absurd to me. And the delivery people asked me twice for a tip. Here's a tip: Don't schedule your delivery times during the middle of the night. I wasn't going to leave a review, because I had nothing nice to say other than we love our puppy, but they keep sending me these dang emails asking for a review and I got tired of deleting them.

From start to finish, everything went great! The communication was phenomenal and we never had to wonder or worry about anything. The entire team at Pawrade were extremely helpful and outgoing. They provided step by step instructions and helpful information, along with guidance from the first time speaking and messaging until our fur baby was home. The breeder was as helpful and personable as everyone too. It’s definitely comforting to know that everyone involved has the puppies best interest at heart and they all genuinely care about each and every one of them! We are so grateful to have such a beautiful, healthy, happy little puppy to spoil each and every day for the rest of her precious life!

Pawrade is excellent! The puppy concierge was very communicative regarding the process of receiving our puppy. They were friendly and had no problem answering my questions throughout the process. The puppy delivery transporters also kept in touch with me throughout the delivery process and provided status updates on my pup. The entire experience was hassle-free. I highly recommend!

Wonderful: with service, information and total of experience. Even the Wags on Wheels were polite with Liza arriving in excellent shape.
I was a little nervous at first using Pawrade instead of working directly with the breeder. All the girls I spoke with eased my fears. They were very knowledgeable and helped me through the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a their forever furry friend.
I just got my puppy. The experience is amazing and professional. Pawrade was there the entire time and kept me informed. The travel service was stellar. My puppy was safely delivered to my home. I highly recommend.
