I am so happy with my little havanese pup! He got to me safe and sound by a very caring and experienced ground transporter who kept me very well updated during the 2 day and night trip! The pup is all I'd imagine he would be, and more! Thanks Pawrade for keeping me well informed. Thank you to Puzzle Piece Carriers and Christien for doing such a great job!

Honestly the best most professional great communication. I do not have one bad thing to say, my vet checked her out and I said she is so perfect I am scared it is too good to be true situation. He said no she is a perfect tiny toy poodle, I give her an A+! Could not be happier, she made one mistake in the house and I had workers all over the house and she went peepee on tile laundry room floor! That I can handle. In love with my best buddy Chanel❤️

The experience of finding my new pup and the entire process until he arrived at my door was amazing. The Pawrade staff was thorough, knowledgeable,kind, and compassionate
The entire process was great. There were many concierges who helped me through each step. The puppy was driven from Missouri to my home in WV and arrived on time and was freshly bathed and dried. The breeder did an outstanding job in raising this tiny four month old puppy! Great socialization skills. My puppy is calm, yet playful. So far, I’m very pleased!
I was very pleased with the entire process from researching then funding my precious puppy. All of the intermediaries were very knowledgeable and answered every question. I chose a local pickup and am still in transition back to GA. The breeder, Daniel was very courteous and thorough in paperwork/vet records and pictures. I have already recommended Pawrade to a couple friends who are considering a new fur baby!

Kaleb now Charlie came to us in great condition. It was a smooth transition I was able to track on line where he was at all times the guys from wags on wheels were fantastic as were the puppy concierge Tony and Lois. 5 stars to all 🥰

I gave your company a three mostly due to the information given by the breeder to your company. The puppy that I received at 15 weeks of age had no training done with her. She doesn't come when called, she cowers when you go to pet her, and she jumps at any loud noises. When first reading her bio there were things listed that were being worked on and the for mentioned were some of those things. As a former breeder of labs as soon as they were eating on their own they had collars put on and would come when they were called by just calling puppy, puppy. This puppy also eats her own poop which also tells me a lot of how her litter wasn't worked with. She's a wonderful addition to our furry family it's just she'll need a lot more initial training that she didn't get. I'm not sure how you're agency does checks and balances with your listings but the breeders that list with you need to be more honest with you. As an agency you were good at communicating and keeping me informed.
After a week of learning Neelys personality we have finally given her the name Francina Louise aka Francie Lou. She has been a complete joy to our family and extremely spoiled already. She goes everywhere with us, loves to fall asleep on car rides, has already following our other dogs in going potty outside, and l even sleeps in our bed on her own cooling pillow because she was flipping all night from being hot. When we lost our Shih tzu, our first little dog of 15 years a few months ago I never thought I could find another like her. Francina is in every way so much like our Mylie its like she was sent to us from her. We are absolutely over the moon in love and happy with every step Pawrade helped us through to get her. Thanks to the very kind crew who helped us in making this process smooth and easy. We will love her forever! This is my second time using Pawrade, and the experience has been night and day compared to my first. While I previously praised them for their high standards, I can no longer recommend them. My new puppy arrived with Giardia and several other parasites—a clear and disappointing indication of a poor breeding environment. While Pawrade did reimburse me for the initial medication, that amount pales in comparison to the total cost of treating the puppy and sanitizing my entire home. Most upsettingly, the parasites infected my older dog, doubling my medical expenses and stress. It is clear that Pawrade’s breeder screening is not what it used to be. If you value the health of your pets and your wallet, be extremely cautious. I am highly unsatisfied and deeply disappointed in how much their quality has slipped.
Our puppy a mini Dachshund has just been given a clean bill of health on arrival so we are very happy. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. A very good opperation by Pawrade so 5 stars is well deserved.

I can't say enough about how good my experience was with Pawrade. The staff was caring and professional. The process of adopting my puppy was seamless and well organized. I was especially impressed the puppies have Vet exams and report the findings to the purchase prior to leaving for their new home. If I were to look for a pup from a breeder I would not hesitate to go through Pawrade again!
