Everyone was very helpful during the whole process and being able to pick up our new puppy from the breeders was an added pleasure because we had been scammed to other times where we paid thousands of dollars and never got any dog so it was great to see the breeders there with Paisley, but we've changed her name to Gracie Ann, with the new w breeders!

Overall, I believe the process went very well. However, I was surprised to find out that getting an AKC Chihuahua for $3,590.00 did not include breeding rights which would be charged for an additional $500.00. Surely, prices for AKC Chihuahuas have not increased that much in the past 20 years? Twenty years ago, I was selling full blood AKA Chihuahuas with breeding rights for $250.00

Pawrade made this experience easy, painless and exciting. The customer service and communication were exceptional. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and was even able to communicate with he breeder. The follow-up was always thorough and speedy. My little angel (Zipsy aka Bessie) has brought so much joy into our home. Pawrade provided a step-by-step process to ensure the best start for our life together. It hasn’t even been a month with her in our lives yet but it feels like she has been here forever. We have already decided to get another puppy and will definitely be using Pawrade.

This was my first experience with Pawrade and it went very well. I was a bit cautious about using a service like this especially since I discovered them on Facebook, but the process went smoothly and we had a great experience. Our new puppy is beautiful, fun, sweet and full of energy. The pictures and video provided online were a good representation of the puppy, and I really like Pawrade's website. We made a day trip of it and did a direct pickup from the breeder. They were kind, informative and very helpful. Also importantly, they appeared to be very experienced breeders and even provided pictures of the puppy's parents. They also provided a great starter bag with the puppy's blanket, some food, and other helpful items. I appreciate that the staff of Pawrade did a good job of communicating with me in a timely fashion throughout the process. They seemed fun and genuinely excited to help us with our new puppy. I recommend and would consider using Pawrade again in the future.

The dog is great and delivery was fine but communication was spotty and often non responsive. They need to do a better job with communicating. Access to breeder was also very limited. Would not use this again.

My puppy is a beautiful West Highlands White Terrier (White Westie) named Leland. He has been absolutely a perfect match for me and him to me. I could not have wished for a better experience and the crew of aall the people helped me along the way to make sure that Leland and I were completely taken care of for the entire process. There are a lot of scamers out there and it is very hard to avoid them, you have to be on your toes, but Pawrade mxade it a success to know exactly that they were real and there to help. I can recommend them to any one.

Everyone was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Our first contact was Tara who gave us a very positive review of the breeder ,Sonny, and his family’s history with Pawrade. Lois the puppy concierge was great getting answers to my questions. Having the microchip, all his vaccine records and health history presented to me when we picked our Huey up was such a relief we are so happy to have him. I definitely recommend PAWRADE to anyone interested in finding a new fur-baby for their family.

I loved going through Pawrade. It kept the money and other issues from the puppy. I knew when I was talking to them they were doing all the financials so I could focus on my puppy. The people at Pawrade were so kind and made it exciting and fun. Loved them!!

I was concerned when I stopped being able to open any links to internal messaging. It was also hard to reach anyone on the primary phone number on the website - in fact I never got an answer there. Pam in sales was wonderful, Emily with feeding instructions etc was wonderful too, though never got call backs when I had questions. However, Morgan was exceptional! She noted my issues and calmed my concerns when I nearly cancelled the transaction. All in all, the steps from purchase to coordinated delivery were really good. Five stars if the messaging system had worked - they were coming by text and email 24/7 and Morgan is the only way I learned what those messages were.
