The response time for any question on the message board was on point. My puppy traveled to me via ground delivery. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire trip. This made me feel very comfortable and reduced the anxiety I was having about his experience. The choices for your new fur baby are plentiful. And, the website gives all the pertinent information you need to start making a decision on which one to choose. I don’t know of any other website that offers 1) health warranty 2) dog delivered already microchipped 3) multiple delivery options 4) summary of dame & sire 5) multiple ways to communicate - phone/ email/ message board. “Everything went well! Charity is so tiny and adorable! She had some Nutri-Cal, a little water, and a tiny amount of her food. It's going to take her a while to get used to me and her new surroundings, as she's been crying on and off. I've been holding her and trying to comfort her. She seems to like her new playpen, and one of the little hard-rubber teething bones I got her. I'm going to call her Arabella Hope.”
