Getting a dog through Pawrade was the best. Everything was done so professionally yet with the utmost care for the dog's health and well- being. They communicated and informed me of all of the details and instructions to guarantee a safe arrival. I love my new dog! I would recommend Pawrade to everyone. We received our cocker spaniel puppy last week. He’s an absolute delight. Full of energy and very healthy I might add. Our experience with Pawrade was amazing. From the first phone conversation with one of the representatives, a video call with the owners & our puppy, the transporters Andrew & Garrett, and finally his delivery. Great documentation of his vaccines, worming, microchip,etc. Thank you Pawrade for a wonderful experience. 🐾
We had a great experience with Pawrade. The communication was amazing and always super responsive. They answered all of my questions quickly and provided updates on our puppy leading up to the transfer of ownership. It provides a lot of comfort knowing that they just partner with trusted breeders which is great. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Very pleased with the whole experience from purchase to the delivery.
I was a bit unsure about buying a puppy from a photo but everything worked perfectly. I got to speak to the breeder before to ask some basic personality questions. I chose to take a road trip to pick him up so I got to meet the her also which was very nice. It's obvious that this little guy has been loved from the day he was born and is NOT from a puppy mill. My puppy is everything I hoped he would be. I felt I had someone to contact at all times during the process. I would definitely use this service again as everything went exactly as they said it would. Very happy.
I was very unhappy to have an unhealthy puppy provided to me. I overpaid to have a weak little boy with coccidia and also had to treat my puppy for a bacterial infection he brought from his kennel.

Every step of this process has been handled professionally and promptly. I especially appreciate Lois’s response and care. The puppy transportation was prompt and thorough. We received updates on their progress. Kaia (Tatianna) was healthy and happy when she arrived. This has been a very positive experience for us and for her. The breeder should be commended for doing such a great job socializing and caring for her. Thank you all for your care.

Professional prompt and very caring team. Regardless of what was needed they handle everything fast and answer questions thoroughly. There system for communication made it easy to keep track of what going on as well as fast communication if we had questions. The delivery team was amazing and kept us up to speed the entire time. I would highly recommend pawrade to anyone looking for a new forever friend.

Too many steps, too many people involved. You need to streamline the process. I understand that you want to take great care with the adoption process, but it could be made smoother and easier.

This has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The issues began with poor communication and extended through to the delivery of my puppy. Within the first 24–72 hours of receiving him, he experienced a severe medical emergency that required immediate veterinary attention. Prior to delivery, I was sent a photo during transport pick up in which it was clearly visible that there was damage around to his eye. When I raised this concern, Pawrade advised only that I have a veterinarian review him, but no proactive action was taken to follow up with the provider, delay transport, or ensure the puppy’s condition was safe for travel. After arrival, I took him to the vet within 24 hours. The veterinarian diagnosed him with a severe, underlying chronic eye issue. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours later, his eye ruptured, resulting in the loss of the eye and requiring emergency care which I paid out of pocket. Since then pawrade pet pay has been non responsive. The puppy was neglected

The process working with pawrade was flawless from picking out a puppy to payment arrangement and delivery. They were great about communicating every step of the way. I found pawrade on Facebook and was a little skeptical it might be a scam but they were legit and very professional. I would 110% use there services again!!! They did an amazing job communicating and following up with me on my puppy. When i picked her up she was happy and healthy. They make the transfer really easy for you.

Overall, it was a good experience. The only thing I would complain about is my puppies shot records were not accurate or up-to-date. Other than that, I’m very happy.
