Everything really went well, overall, & in the end. I was a little concerned, as well as my twin sister, when 2 makes were going to show up @1-2 ish AM. I’m female & live alone. All turned out just fine! Thank you, for bringing my sweet pup to me ❤️🥰

Harold is so adorable! I hadn't used any adopt pets sites in the past and was nervous about scams. Parade has so many safe guards in place that I am very pleased and impressed!! The second Harold was in my arms I knew I made the right choice. The regular updates on my puppy were very much appreciated.

Sirius (Flynn) arrived and was very perky, did some business outside than came in and explored his new surroundings. Slept all night which was a pleasant surprise. He seems to be enjoying his new circumstances! We are really enjoying having him.

I’m pleased to say that Dusty (Samara) renamed and I have bonded at once. Yesterday she had her wellness check up and did great at the veterinary office. It was her first time in the. Car also and handled also very good. She’s my shadow follows me everywhere. She’s eating good and drinking water very well also. You could say that we’re meant to be together.

First off the puppy was starving and thursty. I asked the driver to take a picture of the dog. He replied no. Gave me one time and kept switching it. Confusing because I work 7 days a week on the night shift. I cannot take a day off I will lose my job. It killed me to get here in the timely fashion for them. When he got here he was friendly and business like which was great. I didn't like the fact that every time I text them or him, they replied at the end of their tax gratuity is welcomed and appreciated. I think that is very cheesy and unaprofessional. If I feel like tipping I will do so. I chose not to tip because that was thrown down my face. They wanted a tip but yet couldn't take a picture of the dog at least one picture I asked for. I have gotten two dogs from your company and the first one went very well and transport this one was iffy from the start. I stated to the person that I'm not sure if I could get home between 7:15 and 7:30 a.m. . That I don't understand what happened
We love Nalia but I changed her name to Polly. She is loving every minute of it and so am I. She’s been a dream playing with her sister!
Just receive my puppy Hector today he arrived on time and it didn't take him long to adapt to the house. And working with a concierge on the purchase everybody seem to be on the same page and communication always seem to be right there if you needed it overall so far it was an excellent experience thanks all involved.

Everything from purchase to delivery went perfectly. My puppy Louie, who is breeder named Mickey, is a delight. The breeder did a great job getting him ready - he’s used to having his paws rubbed, he’s great around people. He’s immediately loved by all who meet him.

Although it’s only been three days, everything has been wonderful so far! Tara has been fantastic—she’s always made herself available to answer any questions and provided reassurance about upcoming events. Our new furry family member arrived on time, calm, well-groomed, and is settling in beautifully. He’s making his first trip to the vet today, and we couldn’t be happier. I'm very happy with Lucy and the service from Pawrade. I think the breeder/owner could have freshened her up a bit before she was picked up for delivery. Her hair is overgrown the bottom of her paws and her butt hair I had to cut already. I couldn't pick her up myself so she was delivered to me. Long ride for a little girl. She was picked up on Friday, April 26th but I didn't receive her until 10:40 p.m. on Sunday. With the cost of that it was a bit disappointing. They were very nice and took good care of her it appeared.
I am in love with my new mini goldendoodle (onyx) now named Milo, He is the perfect puppy and thanks to the breeder for all her hard work. It shows in onyx personality and his eagerness to be part of a loving family. Pawrade did an amazing job of leading through the adoption process. At first it is a bit confusing because you talk to four different people in charge of getting your dog to you. The concierge takes care of your initial road to adoption. The next person takes care of paperwork and payment. The third takes care of all financial obligations. The last is the person who completes the final road to getting your puppy to you as soon as possible. Even though you communicate with each one separately, if one is not available for any questions, you can always call the concierge of which they can answer any and all questions you have My Milo traveled by car by from Indiana to Maryland and arrived safe sound and happy.
