The whole process was informative, and smooth. We were kept posted on Henrey's(Buck's), progress in his travel to us. We were kept I formed on how and what to feed him. I talked with the breeder and he was very happy to help with questions. The only disappointment, was that in the advertising portion about Buck on line.. we were led to believe we would receive a 30 day trial insurance plan. NY, and South Carolina don't honer this. I would recommend a disclaimer on the advertising page regarding this. It was a little disappointing...but typical NY.

At the beginning we were a bit skeptical, however, after the holidays we were able to finalize our transaction. He had a vet check up and passed with flying colors! Super excited to have a new puppy roaming our home.

I am completely satisfied with Pawrade. Everything went as expected and I received a healthy, adorable puppy. Pawrade gives you all the information I needed to prepare for my puppy and take care of her once she arrived. My vet was impressed by how up-to-date and complete her immunizations were and how correct the instructions were from Pawrade on the timeline for next shots, spaying, etc. I would choose Pawrade again to purchase a puppy.

I thought several times that you were very responsive when you wanted the money however when I wanted or needed something I had to wait. I had to go back twice on two occasions to remind the liaison that I had requested something. You also lead one to believe that this VIP service is from point A to B. That is far from the case. My group was very upset when they found out the amount of days these puppies were going to be on the road! Most, if not all said they would have selected a different transportation arrangement if they would have known...disappointed in the service received.

I am very very happy and pleased with Muriel and the ease of the transportation she had in coming here. I was disappointed in the correspondence I had in trying to get information and answers to my questions about her during the process before she left. My customer service representative had a lot of excuses all the time on why he could not give me answers.

I thought the entire process was wonderful. I received all of the information I needed without difficulty. The customer service was fantastic, immediate response?! Something you don't see everyday. Surprising, yes, but Wonderful. The transporter was also very proactive with updates, times, etc., Our puppy arrived on time and very happy and healthy. He became acclimated immediately and the vet said he is ideal, in health and brightness. Just a very professional and helpful process from beginning to end. Would Highly Recommend! I was very comfortable with setting up payment and the purchase of my puppy but the transport must be explained in more detail and the Life 360 app was good but not everyone signed up on it. There are still some computer illiterate people out there. Remember there will be different personalities that look at the glass half empty instead of half full.
