We picked up our puppy last week from the airport. It was the first time we've purchased a dog like this. Overall we are satisfied; I would say that communication is slow and a few times not answered at all. I would say that the real issue I have is with the breeder as we were told the puppy was house trained but we've found that is NOT the case. It's very challenging to have to start from square one house training. We just adore our little furbaby!!

Deanna, we are delighted that Chloe arrived happy & healthy. While we wish we could deliver a fully potty trained puppy, unfortunately for these little babies it takes some time to learn the ropes, especially in a new environment. We wish you and Chloe a lifetime of puppy kisses!

My little Havanese pup!! Huge thank you to the Pawrade team, especially Destiny and Shannon for making our whole journey smooth. We love our little fur baby so much. He came in just in time before Christmas! He is the best gift ever! He is perfect! When we got him at the airport he was just so excited to see us. Everyone was very sweet to him. He's came home bouncy, healthy and full of love. Thanks again PAWRDAE team for making this a memorable experience for me and my family!! We will be referring our friends and family over to ya'll. I couldn't be happier with my girl Kimberly. There was a medical issue with the first puppy that I was originally planning on bringing home. Pawrade with their great customer service kindly informed me and how it was against their policy to still go through with that transaction. Luckily they took a proactive approach and identified Kimberly who was in the same litter. They offered to refund me in full or swap out with this other pup. I asked to be transported from her Breeder in Ohio to my home in Virginia. The travel service was wonderful. They took great care of her and provided me updates of their ETA and photos of Kimberly via text. I took her to the vet last Friday and they said that she was far beyond other puppies her age when they have their first exam. I didn't need to have her receive any of the initial vaccinations because they were already given to her. She is a loving, energetic and playful pup. I'm so excited for us to be together!

It was fantastic doing business with Pawrade. Communication was prompt, clear and always friendly. Everyone I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable about the process & requirements in purchasing a puppy. Even the transport of my puppy was a pleasant experience. I received texts & even a photo during his journey to me. My puppy arrived healthy and happy. A vet check within 72 hrs of his arrival reaffirmed my thinking. He passed with flying colors. The vet said that he was perfect in every way. Thank you Pawrade!

I cannot tell you how amazing the Pawrade service was. Every step of the way, there was someone by my side explaining things and giving me all the information I needed (before I could even think to ask). I knew I was in great hands the whole time and everyone was so helpful and nice. The process was short and sweet. Love my new baby girl, Izzy! She took a good 3 days to get here but she is just the sweetest puppy and already so trustworthy. I have no complaints with the breeder. He looks like he gave her an amazing home. My only feedback is the carrier service, while amazing, is VERY stressful for the puppies. Expect some side effects until they adjust.

Overall, very good experience! The only issue is the email and message board. Customer cannot message the breeder directly and cannot respond to individual messages. May want to improve the email / message system. Delivery person was also exceptional!

The process was a bit anxiety provoking because you have the customer pay first. Then the customer experiences a string of contacts from a variety of virtual people. It actually made me wonder whether or not I had been scammed. The best thing for a scam web site to say is that they ensure no scams. Also, I didn't really know or have any relationship with folks. I also got my puppy close the Thanksgiving holiday which likely made it more confusion for your folks. Tony was great. Kelli was excellent. The others on my case sort of showed up and disappeared. Also, having limited visibility in to the breeder (nobody would share their location or contact info) made me uncomfortable. Also, I'm sure that this happens, but my puppy was diagnosed with Giardia the day after I picked him up. He's doing great but it's certainly not how you want to start with your new pal. Finally, I had decided to name my puppy Finnegan. Your organization continues to call him Rubble.
