We couldn't be happier with our sweet, precious Lilly (once known as Shayna). The transaction was very smooth, and I can tell that Pawrade and the breeder both take pride in the care and safety of these puppies. About five days after getting Lilly, I did take her to the vet because she sounded congested. We were told that she did have an upper respiratory infection. They also tested her stool sample, and she was positive for Giardia. We were a little disappointed that she became sick (we had not taken her anywhere, so we assumed that maybe she became ill from another dog on the journey from TX to here?), but with some meds, she is now a healthy, happy, and VERY spoiled little puppy! We are so in love with her :) We have been talking about getting her a little brother or sister to play with. We love our new puppy August (Augie)! We are in the midst of puppy potty training....he is trying his best...not there yet but he is a good learner. He sure knows the word NO! All of the people we dealt with at Pawrade have been wonderful. Your customer service is excellent! Other customer service centers, like banks and stores, should take lessons from you on how to treat customers!! Thank you again. We will send a picture as soon as we can get someone to take it for us. We are not good at selfies :)

I believe this is a puppymill dog. I was told you don't deal with puppymills when I called and looked at your website.This breeder shows at least 15 dogs and multiple breeds for sale on his website. I love the dog, but i could have driven 50 miles for a puppy mIll dog in Ohio. So disappointing. You need to have better control of your breeders.

I appreciated that the breeders are screened by Pawrade, and that the transaction happens through PetPay and it is safe and secure. Also the communication back and forth with the puppy concierges, they were friendly and helpful. The puppy is wonderful and exactly what I expected. What could use improvement: having to provide pictures of the drivers license is NOT safe and secure - we are asked to provide it when we pay for the puppy, which has an alternative - notarized paperwork. BUT when the puppy is delivered, there is no alternative to allowing the person to take a picture of your ID - that is absurd. I understand they have to check the ID, but not that they must take a picture of it. There should be a better way to handle. But my main complaint is that I felt deceived. My first question before purchasing was if the puppy could be delivered to me by a certain date, 12 days later. I was assured that if I paid that day, it would, and I didn't get her until MUCH later, one month after

We found the entire adoption process very well organized, thorough, and information. The only thing that was a bit difficult was communication regarding delivery of our puppy. At times hard to reach anyone and at times confused messaging. We love our little girl and we're overall happy with Pawrade.

My family and I are very excited on having a new member of our family and he is perfect. The only thing that I was not pleased with was the transporting of our puppy. My sister also purchased a puppy from the same breeder and our 2 new family members our brothers. When we schedule the delivery of our puppies they were supposed to be traveling on the same flight and with a representative with your company. My sister did pay for her puppy to travel in the cabin with the representative, as I opted out for my in the pressurized area below the cabin area. together with the same. 2 days prior we found out that our puppies would be on different flights. Not sure why this happened. Also, was there supposed to be a rep with your company traveling with my puppy even though he was in the pressurized storge area below the plane?

Overall Pawrade was friendly and responsive. My reason for four stars is our cockapoo puppy's tail was docked…and I mean barely a nub left…and there was no indication of this in the listing and no photos that would allow one to understand that. We'll of course love him forever, but in my mind this was either a major miss or a deception.
