Peter the salesman was spectacular he guided me through the whole thing from start to finish he always return my text messages the only disappointment I will heard about pawrade was when I had got an email from my travel plan to pick the puppy up at the airport they never told me it was the cargo terminal they told me it was in the airport it took a little longer to get him but we still got him and he's a joy of life we love him dearly he's adapting to the family good me and my dad

From start to finish, everyone from Pawrade who I contacted was very nice and helped out with every step including helping me get the right things for my new pup before picking him up. The breeder was also a very kind person who gave me extra info on how to care for him. I sincerely thank everyone at Pawrade for all the support that was given to me to ensure a perfect start to owning a new puppy!

Great experience and great breeders
It was a wonderful experience. I was nervous about a scam but they helped me through the procedure. Peter was the first and last person I dealt with and he was the very best. Shannon and Jillian were wonderful also and answered all my questions. I love my puppy. What a personality he has!

After trying to adopt a dog for half a year we decided to go with a breeder so we could actually get a dog! It was important to us that we went with a responsible breeder not a puppy mill. It was clear that our puppy was loved before we received him and his training had already begun! It was a fairly quick and easy process and now we have a very good boy! We are very happy !
The process was very simple and straightforward. Great communication throughout. We love our new puppy!

I received paperwork for mail Mabel is a female who is now currently at Lena I have requested an updated packet left a message never received a message back on whether the breeder is going to send you paperwork or anything

My new puppy Bryce now ( Scout) is an amazing, loving little furbaby. He was a bit overwhelmed with the long drive and needed a bath. But he is very playful and happy today.

I was looking for a puppy for months. The breed I wanted was expensive. I was very skeptical about buying a puppy out of state( I was scared of getting ripped off). Pawrade is not a scam!! Peter, and Shannon and the whole pawrade team was brilliant and so helpful. I financed half of costs, and received my healthy pup when he turned 8 weeks. If it wasn't for Pawrade, I believe I wouldn't able to buy my perfect pup.

The whole process was so easy and everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable ( not to mention patient) we were so excited Our transport driver CJ kept us informed the whole time 10 stars
The adoption process was awesome. Very professionally handled and well organized. The communications with Peter, Renee, Ellen and the puppy Nanny as well as the person who called me to discuss nutrition needs of Annabelle were all excellent ! I have only positive comments. We love our new puppy and you can tell she came from a caring breeder who socialized her well. She is a bundle of fun and energy and we are enjoying her do much. Thank you all!

We are so happy receiving our new family member Lucy. She is a bundle of joy to us. Overall experience with Pawrade was very good however, we wanted to provide some input on improvement opportunities: 1) Lucy did not come to Phoenix airport as originally informed but was sent to the Tucson airport and we were not notified of this until the last minute and after a few phone calls on how to receive her. 2) We asked for her feeding information but there was no further communication from either the breeder or Pawrade. We are new to the puppy world but had older dogs and needed some advice on feeding and handling the puppy but none was provided. 3) Lucy did not come with any feeding instruction documents on top of her crate as we were told and all that we received was the food packet, shipping papers and her immunization papers. If this was communicated to us the entire process would have been stress free.

I am so in love with Dolly! She is the sweetest doggie on earth! Everyone where I live is in love with her too! They all come around for pets and kisses. She's very smart... learned to go up and down stairs after just one time. We are working on potty training. and she walks nicely on her leash. I'm so happy I have her... thank you for facilitating my fur baby!
