Pawrade did great except we were given the wrong number for the breeder, which caused a great deal of consternation. All worked out in the end and we are delighted with our wonderful new puppy. Everything with my dog was great, besides the fact she came home with hookworm, her first flight she was kicked off a few hours before we were supposed to get her, and she came home very smelly!

Everything was great,until pickup for airlines. Was told cargo company had my dog in next town over from airport. Went there no dog. Was told he would be at terminal B cargo area. No one fro American Airlines was on duty. Waited 15 minutes and finally they found him. That means poor dog was in a carrier for (12) hours. Need better coordination with airline on pet pickup. Oh,dog was in great shape and everything else was great.
