There is a bit of information overload from the website. When they chat with you in the messaging center, there are too many different people sending you messages like no one person is responsible. Their wording when my puppy was going to be delayed during delivery was very accusatory towards me the buyer. In the future, I will work on building a relationship with a breeder directly which this website prevents. My puppy arrived healthy and happy.

My puppy is healthy and happy, even after his long trip. I had a wonderful experience with Pawrade, and the communication was consistent with a seamless transaction overall. Highly recommend!
Everything was excellent until the day before! Communication was great everyday after I paid the $4000! I was absolutely skeptical because I have been scammed before purchasing a bully through web. Better Business Bureau confirmed the site. Helped me relax. The person I was directly dealing with was awesome u til the last 24. I had to call to confirm everything was a go a day before the scheduled pickup. The day of I called the breeder directly because the person representing PAWRADE just stopped communicating. Luckily I was close to the breeder so I called them directly and scheduled the pickup. I heard from PAWRADE while I was en route! Other than that….all good!
Awesome company, I highly recommend this service to family and friends!! Very incentive. They really care about the puppies. The puppies come first! The also offer 30 days of free puppy insurance!

The process was really stressful because the arrival date kept getting pushed back. Luckily the team was patient with me calling nearly everyday for an update. They were accommodating in getting me pics and videos of my boy Shadow while I waited. The travel team was the best part. The communication was constant and they drove literally day and night to bring my boy to me. It was truly expensive but I’m grateful for him and them.

We named Charlotte, "Dixie". She is smart, beautiful, well behaved, and a pleasure to have in our family. She spends everyday at work with me while I work on the computer. We take lots of play and bathroom breaks, and all my employees love her! Everyone comments on what a good looking dog she is, and how friendly and well behaved! We couldn't be happier with the process while working with Pawrade. Our delivery driver, Mario keep us well informed, and took very good care of her on her way from Texas! When we get another dog, it will be from Pawrade, and it will be from the same breeder. Their dogs are gorgeous!

We had a really great experience adopting our new puppy from Pawrade! We were looking for a puppy for quite some time. We had breeders try to cheat us locally and were were almost scammed on the site "Good Dog".. so we were very skeptical of Pawrade. I called and was able to get a rep on the phone who explained the whole process. She contacted the breeder we were interested in, gave us all the details we asked, and always responded promptly. We were assured our puppy would be transported with care. We threw caution to the wind and reserved our puppy. Through our concierge, the breeder updated us with pictures while we waited for the puppy to be old enough to travel. Our concierge called often. Puppy was delivered right to our doorstep yesterday and we couldn't be happier. He is healthy and happy. The transporters were great, keeping us updated on their travel as they went. The breeder sent a wonderful care package with him. We are very please with the Pawrade experience!

Pawrade gave me the greatest experience I could have hoped for. I was extremely skeptical about purchasing a puppy online however they accepted credit cards and that made me feel much safer, since there are so many scams online. The purchase price was exactly as explained, the guidelines are easy to follow, the customer service is great and kept me updated as soon as they could with every process. The puppy did great on the journey and the driver was great as well. I'm so thankful for a great experience, a great breeder, driver, and customer service. I will be purchasing another puppy within the next couple of months and look forward to working with pawrade again. To anyone looking you found a great place in pawrade.

The communication was largely good, sometimes a little delayed. The puppy arrived in good health, but a little dehydrated, also missing vaccine shots (our vest applied one right away). The puppy is also not house trained, he can only pee on the weewee pad, not poop. The transportation team was great, kept the communicate open and real time. Overall, the experience was good, the puppy is so cute and lovely. We are going through a tough week to get him comfortably settled. Thanks, Patty
