Our new baby is gorgeous and so, so perfect! I fell in love with him and his video online and knew he was just what we were looking for. I had no idea he would be so cuddly and sweet. I had never adopted a dog from this far away from our home before, but the process was professional, and I had nothing to worry about! I was informed all along the way from the company, breeder, and transport so I always knew that my baby was just fine. He is so healthy and happy!! He got a perfect vet check the day after he arrived. He's already right at home and we know we made the best choice for our family. We'll love him forever!!

Everyone was great. Process runs very smooth and efficient. Regina, Lindsey, Morgan were all amazing. They were all very courteous and they all took the time to explain the process and answered many questions politely and thoroughly. If they didn't know the answer they took the time to find out and followed up with me in a timely manner. If one person on the team was out, another jumped in to help without hesitation. We had a flight delay thru no fault of Pawrade, it was an Airline glitch, but it did put a kink into the arrival of the puppy. Everyone on my assigned team, even if they were not assigned to the travel responsibilities, jumped in to help and get accurate information on the delayed and new flights and and got back to me immediately with the information.

Overall we were very happy with the Pawrade service and experience. For the most part the team was very responsive to questions and updates throughout the process. It was slightly frustrating how many forms and proof of address papers were needed to secure the dog as well as the lack of information regarding when the puppy would be delivered by flight consistently stating likely in the next week with no details as to what was the contributing factors in time delay. This led us to decide to drive the 15+ hours instead to pick the puppy up ourselves as honestly we just couldn't wait to welcome her into the family as soon as possible. Overall we love Lady and she makes our family complete again after sadly losing our beloved 15yo Pomeranian recently. Thank you!

Through Pawrade we were able to find our beautiful and lovable new puppy. Sara F. was so kind and helpful guiding us through the entire process, helping us feel secure and confident through each step! Our new puppy, Lisette, is so adorable and it's quite evident that she was well cared for. The most difficult part was the traffic jam on our way to JFK! Thank you to everyone! We are so delighted to have our little Lisette join our family and we love her already!

I want to personally thank Paul , Lara, Joselyn, and Mary for your exceptional customer service. You all are such a blessing in making the adoption stress free and easy ! I highly recommend Pawrade and staff in finding a purrfect furbaby. Miska is settling in very well in our home and again we are so thankful!
