We purchased Esmeralda, now named SUSY, a 3 month old, black and white American Pit Bull Puppy on December 27, 2024 and picked her up at LAX on January 10th. The whole transaction was incredibly smooth, from our first phone call with Tony to all the other wonderful Pawrade people involved, Cindy, Lois and the Puppy Nanny Keenan who flew her out from Mississippi. Never having heard about Pawrade before ... it was the best decision to go through them! Susy is not only a beautiful puppy with a white star on her chest, she has a very loving personality and is a very quick learner. Thank you so much to all of you for making this happen!! Well I will lay down the facts. You pay a pretty hefty fee to reserve a puppy you've not seen that is non refundable, which I did because if you are serious about it, you will! Then send you a months worth of reading this contract and ask you for required info and ID within 72 hours. If you work or are sick you will be called, texted and emailed relentlessly. Its alot of reading and I was deathly ill that day and a day prior. -I asked for videos 3x and I got only one at 2 weeks old, her brothers had newer I repeatedly asked to no avail. -Then came time to pay in full the rest of the $ sight unseen, can't talk to the breeder and again no updated video! -Then they set up for travel which I had only one day I could get her if my daughter in law could go with me, said they would give me the address 3 days prior and after last vet check. -I had to keep messaging...gave me 1 day notice, breeder was an hour more away than previously said =3.5h each way. Do better

Fairly good process however I wish communication was a little more responsive. There would be moments where I'd reach out and not hear till the end of the day or the following day. Would also recommend listing the puppies location right on the listing rather than having to reach out every time you would like to know their location.

I was a bit nervous at first ordering a dog online that looked like the best dog i could possibly have. Pawrade is amazing they let me facetime with the dog to ease my doubts. After i paid for everything I got my puppy in about a week. My puppy is the most amazing boy and is exactly what i hoped for. The only thing i would tell others is make sure you are ready to give your puppy a bath if they travel far to be delivered lol. Aside from it all this is one of the best places to find you new best friend.
