Ya'll did a great job overall, but there needs to be a bit more attention to detail in the initial conversations as well as between Pawrade and the breeders. We made it very clear in the beginning that we would be driving from Atlanta to Texas to pick the puppy up. We gave the specific date a week in advance and were told by the Pawrade team that the breeder said that date would work for her. On the day we were supposed to leave we were told that the final paperwork from the breeder had not been received. We were delayed in leaving for 8 hours on a weekend specifically planned for this event and which would have been extremely difficult to re-schedule. In the end, the Pawrade team did great in pulling it all together and making it happen just in the nick of time but it was extremely stressful.

We are so happy with our puppy, now named Xena. She is so sweet and so smart. Working with Pawrade was a 3+ week roller coaster ride. After making the payment I was worried it was a scam, especially 2x when it took several days to get a reply. Christie, the concierge, and Maria eased my mind and were very supportive. I'm glad it worked out. Thank you!

The whole process of Pawrade was excellent, I found my Pup and had him delivered; the whole thing has been smooth and enjoyable. The people at Pawrade are genuine and caring for all their dogs/Pups. I can't thank them enough, now I'm looking forward to some great adventures with this guy, we named him, Timber :)

Everything went really well. I read all the reviews and the transportation was the thing most people complained about. I have no such complaints. Wags on Wheels did a fantastic job! They kept in touch with me the whole way. They even bathed the puppy before they brought her home! The only problem I had was that every thing I had to do during the adoption process required a smartphone which I did not have. This made my life difficult but I managed to come through it anyway. Violet's name is now Zip and she's doing great. She has some diarrhea but I'm sure that is just stress. Thank you Pawrade for giving me my best friend.

There's no way I could have found an Australian Cattle Dog close to home. The Pawrade web-site solved that issue for me through a breeder in Missouri. Banjo was described as a spit-fire puppy which I find to be true. He also loves to be close to me—really into warm-hearted attention. I think we are a great match so far.

The travel person I did not talk to as my daughter in law had paid for the travel arrangements since the puppy would be my sons early Christmas present and it would have been delivered to their home in Shalimar Fl.

There are a lot of puppy scams out there but this isn't one of them. Was nervous about paying online and without seeing puppy in person. Pawrade made it very easy and secure and they really do care about the animals they sell. I was well informed throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Pawrade.
