I have purchased puppies and arranged transport for animals in the past, including as recent as 2 weeks ago. I've never worked with PawRade and I never will again. After my initial inquiry about the puppy I wanted, which was a positive interaction, the rest of the process was horrible! I've experienced massive delays, lack of communication, being handed off to way too many people, lack of requested information about the puppy, additional pictures I was promised, etc. Apparently this is just a puppy broker. They wouldn't put me into contact with the breeder so I could ask specific details about the puppy. They just send these wordy contracts. The only thing they were efficient at was collecting my fees. No concern about my experience or the puppy's experience, ie. dropping off a new puppy at MIDNIGHT does not make for a positive landing for the puppy. So disappointed.

I thought 3 days travel time in a crate was too long for young puppy. I would have preferred air travel or direct delivery. Puppy had an ear infection on his 48 hr post delivery vet well visit. And the advertised 3 month health warranty was false ad. But Zander is a blessing and a beautiful pup, best temperment and personality.

First of all we love our puppies. On the plus side, using Pawrade widened our search area and allowed us to view all the puppies we were interested in. On the minus side we were not able to see the puppies with their litter mates or with their parents. We had to take a leap of faith in Pawrade. Fortunately things seem to be working out.

Fast turn around time for initial communication. Process could have been explained more clearly. Full cash down in order to make reservation not explained well and lost out on original puppy I wanted. MetLife plan sign up information could have been bundled together. Would have preferred if process took longer to allow for federal holiday as vet offices and MetLife were closed. Felt secure going through broker as opposed to independent breeder as I have had fraud issues in the past with breeders. A few tweaks to operations could mean a business I could confidently recommend.

He is a great puppy. Although he does not seem like he’s been in training for going outside. Each episode is a struggle to get him to the door. It’s been awhile since I have had a young pup, but don’t ever remember having a dog that doesn’t go crazy over “going outside”. Suggestions? I am using reward and praise.

The proof, of course, is the fact that Benjamin is one happy, healthy Bassett Hound which is a tribute to the care he received from his breeder and the seamless transportation from Missouri to Minnesota. Very happy with Pawrade. Purchase and delivery were easy. Have spoken with Molly's breeder for certain housekeeping issues. All has gone well, despite of Molly's 4:30am delivery time. That first day was exhausting for all. She goes to our vet on Wednesday, and I'm hopeful all will be fine. Thank you for bringing joy ..... and mayhem back to my home!
