Diesal arrived with some problems, and he is now the cutest little guy. His name is Liam Padraig, and he is a very confident little guy. He is very bonded and best friends with Iago now called Finley. Liam is still too small to play with Finn, so he is in a playpen within a large playpen area on our deck. They take puppy naps and bark and play and devour their food. Liam is especially proficient at tug of war with their toys and usually ends up with all of the toys inside of his playpen. They are both beautiful and we cannot wait for all of their shots to be completed to take them on a walk on our property. We are madly in love with both of them.

I fell in love with a photo of a dog. Bought it on a whim. Then regretted it- everyone I told about it said I was crazy for buying a dog online… that I might not even get the same dog as the one in the picture. I almost cancelled my order. But then they got me a zoom video call with the breeder where I could meet the pup and ask questions. I decided to go for it anyways. The process was pretty easy and they walk you through it in detail. I was very concerned about the transport service as well, but once they left Missouri to come to Cali they came fast and without mishaps. When I first saw my puppy in real life it was love at first sight. I've only had her for 3 days so far, haven't had the wellness check yet, but she's a really good girl, seems healthy to me, is pooping and peeing normal. So far so good.

Iago who we have now named Finn or Finley which in Irish means short strong and sweet is now ripping up the puppy pee pads in his crate. He is a beautiful healthy very active puppy and we adore him. I have to take a moment to remove him from shredding his pee pads. He is now out in a very large playpen on our deck with shade and a pup tent with his favorite donut bed. He doesn't like his crate and wants to just run around the house. Not yet. So much for pee pads they are so much fun to shred but although he spits them out I do not think it is such a good idea. Although he came from Missouri to New Mexico he decided to take a road trip thru California Nevada and Utah before arriving at 4 AM four days later. He did not seem at all traumatized by his journey except he really does not like his sleeping crate. Shredding pee pads is one of his ways of conveying the message. You guys were great always available and Silas Bouchard and his partner brought him to us great shape.

I think you guys were great. Your communication was top notch. You let me know throughout the whole process what was coming next and if I had a question you always got back to me with an answer right away. The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars is because you really need to take a look at the finance companies you work with. I applied for a loan and when I got the paperwork the interest rate was 66% and by the end of the loan I would have paid $6,500 for a $3,500 dog. Lucky for me I have the money to just pay for the dog but some people don't. I think these short term loan companies are taking advantage of people who are financially struggling and it's not a good look for your company to be associated with this finance companies. Everything outside of the 3rd party loan companies you work with was amazing.

Tyler was great- communicated the entire transport. He said that he would be at our house at 1:30 am and he was right in time. He was very informative and professional. Gave us some tips and was in his way. Great experience and Tyler is definitely an asset to your company.

I love our new Bassett hound. He is just perfect. Pawrade is an amazing company and I could not ask for better communication, knowledge, professionalism and compassion. The breeder was great to send me a video of him before I even purchased him. The process was seamless. The breeder obviously spent time with him showing him love and socializing him, he is at home, walked into our home and just acts like he has been here his whole life. I would highly recommend Pawrade. We are thrilled! Thank you Carlos, Tony, Destiny and every member of the Pawrade team that answered all my questions, explained each step of the way what to expect! I would give 10 stars if I could.

We were very pleased with our beautiful Basset puppy. She appeared to be healthy, well cared for, and surprisingly calm and happy, despite having traveled across a few states by van to get here. The drivers were very attentive and polite as well. I bought her for my brother who had unfortunately just lost an older dog of the same breed. He was involved in the decision for me to purchase the dog of course, and was absolutely thrilled with his puppy when she arrived. The only thing I might mention is that there was quite a bit of internet paperwork to be done back and forth which might be daunting to someone who does not use computers much.
