The purchasing process was pretty seamless, travel and delivery of the puppy was completed without any issues. Our family is really happy with our new puppy.
The delivery was seamless, quick and efficient. The team did an amazing job caring for and dropping off Clyde (Mush!). Cheers to an amazing dog (hes going to have the best life EVER!!! Mascot of Couch HQ!!). Thanks again for everything!!

This was a great experience. We were given the information we needed and the descriptions were accurate. They answered our questions and kept us informed. We picked up our healthy little bundle a few days ago and we are so happy.

This was a breath of fresh air after hearing of all of the horror stories about people being ripped off by scammers. I was a bit skeptical at first and hesitated for months while reading the reviews on Google and waiting to see if my fears were justified. I'm happy to say I was wrong and decided to go all in for our newest family member. I was completely satisfied with the entire process from purchase to delivery with the Pawrade team. The experience with pawrade was outstanding!! From my first contact with my puppy concierge to her answering my many questions and then getting the puppy was amazing. Our little one was flown to us and that was a new experience for us and it was great!' I would buy another puppy from pawrade again for sure!!
I am so pleased that I went with pawrade I met the most loving and caring people. Each and everyone answered my many questions. They not only protected Mandi my new puppy and made sure I was the right one for her. Everyone wanted make sure she was going to the right home. I had the most wonderful experience with everyone I spoke to I even spoke to my puppy's breeders with with kaycee one of my many helpers. Choosing my puppy was one of my greatest joys. Mandi my puppy had the greatest transport team they kept in touch with me the whole trip. Well fed kept very and made me feel more secure that the transport team was of the best . Pawrade uses this company for there transport. I think that pawrade is one of the I would give them 10 stars. Thank you thank you I am so very happy I found you.!!!!!!!!!
