Communication with pawrade was TERRIBLE. The puppy takes 2+ weeks to get here even though it said it was ready immediately. Once the dog finally arrives, my fiancee and I feed it, take it outside to potty then come back in and give it a couple treats. Once it was finished with one of the treats my fiancee tried to take the remainder away to throw it in the trash, the dog instead snarled and bit her so hard on the hand it not only drew blood but she had to get stitches! Then I tried to pick the dog up to put it in the crate and it snarled and growled and showed its teeth to me so I waited 15min for it to calm down, tried again and this time not only did it snarl but it bit me HARD and drew blood. My other dog tried to play with the new puppy and the new puppy bit him in the neck! It was at this point I asked pawrade to return the dog. Now pawrade is refusing to give me any refund at all and outright blames me for the dog biting both of us. BEWARE

Nothing, other than the price of the puppy, Pawrade told me was true. They said a link would be provided to track the puppies movement, that was a lie. The drivers of the van never heard of that. They made the puppy ride for over 5500 miles cross country twice, instead of shipping it to me for $750. I will NEVER use Pawrade or Sweet Briar Farms Pet transport again. The breeder was at least straight with the customer. If I could give a negative 5 star, I would. DO NOT use Pawrade they ONLY care about $$$$$$

Peter, who I initially dealt with helped set up a video conference with the puppy. It was pretty good where all my questions were answered. The delivery mechanism also went very smooth. The pup was transported from Oklahoma to California. Its a long distance, but that went well. I will highly recommend using Pawrade
