Been looking for over a year. Scam after scam. This experience was amazing. Great customer service. Great communication and a beautiful sweet baby boy puppy.
He is not the right dog for my situation. I'll contact the breeder as well.

It took two weeks for brutas, now max, to be delivered. Thin and thinks a crate is his private restroom.
Everything was easy, good communication, good response time, I asked for pictures and I got them fairly quickly.
I am always a little iffy ordering online anything. We lost our two German Shepherds over the last year. After the sadness left of losing two of my best friends in the whole world. I want to take a break due to the hurt from the loss. However, everytime I came home or my wife came home the house was so quiet and our boys were not around. We decided to get a puppy and for sure this has been one of the best services i have ever experienced. From the time we pick our puppy and signed the contract. We received emails nearly everyday with updates. When he was in transportation we received pictures and text messages with updates and eta on delivery times. I would highly recommend.
The overall customer service was good the only issue I had was rescheduling transportation. I wasn't given the location of the breeder so I had to fly our pet home in which I initially thought was local so more money spent. However if I had to do it again I would definitely ask more questions about the location of the dog
It was wonderful experience with pawrade right from puppy selection, to paying for puppy and delivery of pup. It was all seamless.
Excellent customer service, staff was patient and very thorough. My pick up with my new puppy went very smooth and as they said. I was skeptical at fist but would recommend parade to anyone.

Everything is excellent, except Your customer services needs to be improved. After I completed my payment, it seems like your customer service disappeared , I was not be able to contact anyone, by phone or email, EXCEPT one person, Ms Joselyn Rivera. She helped me from the beginning to the end, answering all of my questions and keeping me update. I want you to know, this is not the complain. All I want is your company is doing better and better. I was so skeptical at first, and I'm so glad I went to Trust Pilot and read the reviews. They are attentive and answer every question. I'm so happy with our puppy.
Excellent service ! Got my Belgian malinois when they said I would get her which was on my birthday! good communication through them as well. Would recommend, the dog carrier took great care of her and where very nice . Thank you pawrade for matching us with lovable dog go .

While we did experience some difficulties in the actual delivery of our new family member due to inclement weather and an accident , we couldn't be happier with the health of our puppy. I know what you must be thinking...How can I buy an animal from a breeder I've never met? I thought the same thing. With my last dog, I interacted with the breeder directly. I thought it was odd to be going through a service. It turned out to be a great experience. I had lots of questions & requests for more information. Pawrade was able to get all my answers quickly. They were even able to get me video of the two puppies I was considering. Pawrade worked hard to make sure that my new baby got to me safe & sound. They worked with the breeder to see if they could meet me at the airport. When that plan fell through due to travel restrictions with the pandemic, they worked even harder to find flights that came to me directly. I cannot recommend Pawrade enough. If you have any questions about them & their process or about the pet you are interested in & how you will get him/her, do not hesitate to ask. They will answer all your questions with professionalism and compassion.

Everything went well and great. Was honestly a little disappointed because American Airlines messed up and he missed one of his flights, but not the fault of Pawrade. Overall a great dog was a good experience. This is definitely the way to go.

Is my first time we've bought a dog and the first we did it out of town. We did it because we were comforted knowing that pawrade give option to apply for monthly payments, that way we don't have to worry about paying full price on front and not getting our puppy. This website is the only way I will get my next puppy. For now, there isn't any best way. I went to the airport to get my puppy and everything was easy as breeze. Thank you!
