Pawrade was amazing to work. We are in love with our new 9 week old Bernedoodle! We have never purchased a puppy from a breeder before, but Pawrade made the experience very easy. Their communication was excellent. Once we selected our puppy, they were on it. If you choose the delivery option, please take note that the puppy might come at any time of the day or night (10:30 pm for us, which made for a rough first night...). Also, dates are based on pick up from breeder and NOT delivery, making it somewhat difficult to plan. It is important to know this going in if you choose delivery.

I appreciated that Pawrade was very communicative throughout the process, which helped ease some of the stress of getting a new puppy. That said, my overall experience was mixed. My puppy ended up being very expensive, with transport costs bringing the total close to $5,000. The very next day there was a sale, but I wasn’t eligible for it, which was disappointing. Another frustration was timing. I was told my puppy was ready to travel, but then had to wait two weeks before the transport date. The transport company itself did a great job—once the date arrived, everything moved quickly and smoothly, and my puppy got here safely. However, upon arrival, my puppy was diagnosed with giardia. For being on the higher end of the cost spectrum, I expected better preparation and health assurance before travel. In the end, we are very happy with our puppy, but I do feel that for the price point, Pawrade could improve on timing, transparency, and overall value.

The person that took my money was great. The sale was fantastic. The after sales service was the worst of any vendor for any product I have ever experienced. Phone calls that went unanswered. Messages that were not replied to for days. Transportation companies that were not provided with the correct information. Breeders that were told not to contact the future owner directly (but thankfully did so so as someone competent could make sure the pup got home). All done with an aura of incompetence, the likes of which I have never seen. I will never use Pawrade again. Nor will I ever recommend it. Shame on you all. You should be ashamed of calling yourself a friend of dogs.

So I did read many negative reviews about pawrade but I thought to myself that there are people who are never happy and always find issues. Well now that I had my experience I was wrong. They seemed great at first right up until the contract was signed. I had several questions and at first they were helpful but then they were not. They didn’t answer anything I had questions on. Also the delivery was a nightmare and actually put my health at risk. They delivered the dog at 2am. Now yes per the contract they make you sign it’s checked off that they will deliver when they arrive and no you cannot uncheck that box. Never did I think it would be 2 in the morning. So of course I lost an entire night of sleep because they don’t give you any updates on the delivery for days. It’s insane. I’ve had several outstanding phone calls that they said they’d get back to me with answers on but never did. I was trying to purchase things and I had questions and they never got back on many calls.
