There's a lot of emails that want money right away and a lot of signitures are required but you will not receive updates how your chosen puppy is growing prior to delivery. I have an awesome breeder that sent photos every Friday to show progress and the breeders interest about their pup going to a good town. Pawrade gets more than 50% of the cost of your puppy and other than super nice employees, you don't get a whole lot more from this broker. I'd asked for my final payment to be split over a two day period and all I received in return was a single payment bill for the pup. Although this is a nice service that provides healthy and sweet pups, you don't get anything else from them but emails needing something from you. I'm not ragging on Pawrade but I personally believe that breeders should get at least 60% of the purchase price similar to non-profit orginazatioins putting 60% of donations to the people that have the real need.

I am fairly certain when I received him he had Giardia. i took a stoop sample to the vet 4 days after receiving him because he had diarrhea since i got him. turns out he had giardia and i am unable to put him into any sort of day care until he clears it. this is a huge problem for me.

Communication was great. Puppy is wonderful. A discount would have been appreciated since puppy has an umbilical hernia. Immediately after receiving puppy, a $300 off code was advertised. This would have been nice to have applied.

The people I got him from were awesome too. Their daughter said she helped teach him how to sit and shake. The puppy is already on his way to being a great dog . I love him. I had a great experience, thank you. Everyone from Tara to Lois was very helpful and request I had was handled promptly and they were happy to help. Drivers were terrific too - arrived at 10 pm but they kept us updated while we waited. And Pavlov now Meatball is adorable and looks like a big teddy bear ❤️

What a great experience! From start to finish Pawrade is amazing! It can be a little nerve racking paying so much for a puppy then waiting 2-3 weeks for it to arrive, but EVERYTHING was spot on and above all everything was done with our puppy's best interest in mind! THEY CARE! Our puppy is strong, healthy and AMAZING! Great job on the breeders! Wow! She is INCREDIBLE! And the Pawrade staff on communications & updates! A HUGE shout out to the puppy delivery guys! That had me a little worried too, but they transported her at the absolute best time (evening, overnight, into the morning) and sure enough she was delivered right to our doorstep! There was someone in charge every step of the way. Very professional! Very quick turn around time in returning calls. Pup delivery system needs to be revamped. Getting a pup delivery at 10pm, midnight or 3 am is bad for the pups as well as bad for the customer. Perhaps one delivery van for each area (Michigan, Chicago......) and leave Ohio earlier.

Our experience with Pawrade was excellent. From start to finish, I couldn't ask for more. Communication was excellent. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I had done alot of research prior to choosing Pawrade. I will highly recommend them. Receiving Blaire (renamed to Remi Jo) has been a dream come true. She is so loved and will be taken care of forever. I always tell people I want to be my dog; loved and spoiled. Thank you to everyone involved with her delivery.

Our only comment was that many things like the puppy being exposed to car travel, cats, etc was not all true. Regardless, we are 100% happy with the puppy and the detailed nature of the process.
