Not Happy At All. The puppy (Gage) PJ is adorable. BUT Hearri d very dirty and his hair is matted down to his body. Ou guys advertise that the puppy is being potty trained, loves to go on walks,etc. BUT HE HAS NO CLUE WHAT a leash is or a pee pad . He lees EVERYWHERE And is Afraid of a leash. He scratches constantly on his ears and body. The ears were very dirty and I found 2 fleas. WHAT IS THE DEAL. YOU ARE SO STRICT WITH YOUR RULES. UT FOLLOW THRU ON YOUR END! When I bought him I felt like I was buying a house with all the rules and requirements. I expected a clean dog that was brushed at least once in his life, a little tiny bit pee pad familiar with clean ears and NOFLEAS. It is amazing to me that you have the nerve to make people pay so much for and animal but do not take care of it yourself. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and all of my friends and family will know about has and is happening here

Linda, we are sorry to hear you weren't happy with Gage's condition upon arrival. Please keep in mind, we do recommend a bath when you first receive your puppy as the stress from travel can cause them to get a little messy. Your puppy is still a puppy, so while the breeder was working on potty training, that is something you must continue especially since he is now in a new environment. After your initial vet visit, please send us the paperwork so we can ensure you are covered under our comprehensive health guarantee.
