First thing, communication is terrible. Won’t let you talk to the breeder. I took two trips to Chicago,IL that takes me 3 hours to drive and it takes 2 hours for my puppy to fly to Chicago. And found out that my puppy didn’t make the flight when I was close to Chicago two days in a row. Finally the third day she made it. Never buy a puppy though Pawrade! Just deal with a breeder one on one. You don’t need a middle person, not worth it the trouble. My puppy never was vaccinated or had been wormed. Loaded with worms.She also has a limp in her right front leg and looks like she has jaw problems. I love her and I will take care of her and I paid to much for her. I’m just glad she’s away from the breeder and I got her. Didn’t like pawrade at ALL! Good luck you pet lovers🩷

A very good experience overall. Communication was great with fast response. Quick to answer questions and resolve issues. Transportation coordinated very well. Only drawback I saw was that I could not interact directly with the breeder as Pawrade served as go between.

I love my puppy, she everything I was looking for! I would of never found her with out Pawrade. My only suggestion is I wish I had more information on the travel. My pup was flown from Texas to Washington 2 days prior to Thanksgiving. The girl that I was working with left the company on Friday, and it wasn't until the day of the travel did I finally hear from someone that she would be traveling that day. It took over 11 hours and 3 flights, but she made it just fine and the travel nanny was excellent! But, next time COMMUNICATE! tell us the expecting parents what is going on, let us know the customer service person left and who our new contact is. Also, each service had different hours, some closed at 5 eastern time. Others at 7 eastern time. That's 3 -5 pm Pacific. All in all, I have a very beautiful, healthy puppy. Thank you

Very healthy, bright and full of energy puppy! So smart, we are amazed at how much he knows and how quick he learns. We liked the constant communication between Pawtrade and us. Dog was way bigger than advertised and too big for our home. Also, it was an inconvenience to have to reveal so much personal information and identification means which made me very uncomfortable. Paying almost 3k for a dog that is and could not be registered is unsatisfactory. I will have to rehouse this dog due to it being double the size expected.

Excellent experience getting my puppy, quick responses, friendly and I got my puppy in 5 days including the afternoon I completed the purchase, even the airline cargo guys were great to deal with. They were waiting at the plane to pick up the pup and I was in and out of a major airport in 20 minutes.

We purchased a Boarder Collie for close to $3000. The puppy was listed as ABCA registered and she was is not registered. She was also listed that it was microchipped and she was not. No one will return my calls from Pawrade. I have called over 10 times and they alway say they will call me right back and it been over a month and I have not gotten one call back. Can't trust this place!!! I don't recommend this place to purchase a pure bread dog.
