WOW! We cannot say ENOUGH about how great the staff at Pawrade has been! Answered ALL our questions and kept us informed. Courteous, Professional, Gave Quick Responses....they EVEN called the puppy's owner and got additional pictures we asked for : ) The delivery people were also awesome; our sweet puppy was happy, happy even after the long ride from Ohio directly to our door in Louisiana ON New Year's Day! Delivery time not ideal!! Dropping off a puppy at 2am not good for her or owner. She was scared to death! Very difficult for her to go to sleep that night.

I was not impressed with the communication process with Pawrade at all, I would never use them again. I would go direct to the breeder cut out the middleman because it got really confusing and unnecessarily aggravating. They waited unit the very last night 7pm to give me the OK and location to pick up the puppy, I had to pay a lot more in hotel fees on top of the stress of not knowing if I'm going or not, I had a 8hr drive both days. They already had my money, so there was very little care or communication for their client, which I don't think they think of you as the client, even though you're paying for a service. I loved the breeder and the puppy, which has absolutely nothing to do with PawRade.

From start to finish it went rather smooth! The only thing that I wish was different is that they disclosed some important information that may have been not a big deal to some, but it would have been helpful to know. Removal of dew claws was not done. Other than that, she's really happy here ☺️
