The overall experience was a good one. While I did find the steps a little overwhelming the Pawrade team was there each step of the way to answer questions and smooth out the bumps, while supplying straightforward explanations when I needed to know the whys and wherefores of each step. The delivery experience was also very good. First of all they offered the options of air and car delivery and I was very happy with that end of the experience as the drivers made a timely pick-up and delivery right to my door. My only complaint is that they removed the dew claws on the pup which is their and the breeders standard despite my specific request that this not be done.

We received our puppy Lacey today and she is a doll. We are very happy. The couple from the escort service, Aaron and Karen were very nice and Lacey was bathed before delivery, she smells brand new. Thank you to Pam and Donna at Pawrade too for they're help in the many questions I had. Hey Pam, she was worth the wait, and my wife can't get enoungh of her. Amazing how things work out. It was fate, she was meant to be ours. Thank you!!

I was hesitant with the process at first but all the girls at pawrade were extremely helpful. Samson is healthy, happy and it’s easy to see that the breeder had done some work with him already. He’s got a big jump start potty training and being on a leash. I’m very happy

Puppy delivery was good, but I was hoping for some pics during the delivery. I took the dog to the vet the next day for his wellness check as required and a fecal test was done and the results was Giardia. He is being treated for this with a medication called Panacur granules for 14 days with a followup visit and testing in 14 days. The vet said this is caused by stagnated or contaminated water. Also, the panel of immunizations is different for puppies in Florida, so updated immunizations had to be given. I forwarded the vet bill to support@petpay.com on the day of the visit. I can get a copy of wellness check vet notes and forward to you if requested.

Their communication via email and text was fantastic. The website is easy to navigate and if you call them, they are quick to respond. My puppy arrived today, in excellent health. I would purchase another puppy from them in the future.

Initially when we were getting ready to adopt our puppy communications were good. The issue I didn't like and lost sleep over was not getting a good idea of when our puppy was coming. When we finally got the Transporters phone # we were relieved as they were great keeping us in the loop. Sorry to be so critical, but you need to hear how we felt. We love our puppy. He is perfect as advertised. The breeder did an excellent job with him.

Although everyone I spoke with was very friendly, I still found this process very tedious. I understand the purpose is to prevent being scammed, which we almost fell prey to, but this seemed more like adopting a child than a puppy. I am surprised some very crucial questions were left out, such as: have we ever had a Cairn, do we have a fenced backyard, do we have small children, will the puppy be left alone, etc. I would prefer to deal with a breeder directly in the future.

Unfortunately, this was a very disjointed process, and the communication from each representative was so incredibly different at each juncture. The one reliable representative was Destiny. She got back to me when she said she would and was very easy to work with. Working with the other two contained entirely too much mystery for my liking. It also created too much anxiety for what was supposed to be an exciting and sweet transaction. I'd love to recommend you assign ONE representative to each adopting family for the entire process: for ease of communication and one track for accountability. A more streamlined transaction could remedy the complaints I have for future families. This should not be a stressful experience in the least.

The process was long. But, well worth it. I love Tegan. She is so adorable. Teagan is the perfect fit for me. The drop off was at 1:30 am and I am not use to being up that late. But, I do get it. Tegan and I was super tired that day but a little rest she wanted to play. Teagan is doing just fine. She us drinking, eating, playing, and running around the house/yard having fun.

Piper's name is now Hannah. She is such a cutie. She is super mischievous. Did she like to chew on hands and ankles and pants when she was with the breeder? She is getting better each day with this, but she let's you know when she is bored. She has tons of toys, but still likes to chew on your hands. She is also really sweet. I can tell she is going to be a really nice pet, when the teething is over. She loves to roll on her back for belly rubs and likes to kiss before she starts nibbling on your face. She is very loved already. She is going to go to puppy training in May, which is the earliest we could get her into training with the trainer. I am still keeping her apart, mostly, from the other 2 pets we have, because I'm afraid of them getting cut with her razor sharp teeth. She is a sweetie and my husband and I love her so much. Just trying to get her past chewing on hands, legs, ankles and pants. Do you have any suggestions to help with this?
