Unfortunately, this was a very disjointed process, and the communication from each representative was so incredibly different at each juncture. The one reliable representative was Destiny. She got back to me when she said she would and was very easy to work with. Working with the other two contained entirely too much mystery for my liking. It also created too much anxiety for what was supposed to be an exciting and sweet transaction. I'd love to recommend you assign ONE representative to each adopting family for the entire process: for ease of communication and one track for accountability. A more streamlined transaction could remedy the complaints I have for future families. This should not be a stressful experience in the least.

The process was smooth and easy! We went from choosing our puppy to having her in our home (healthy and happy) just a few weeks later!

The process was long. But, well worth it. I love Tegan. She is so adorable. Teagan is the perfect fit for me. The drop off was at 1:30 am and I am not use to being up that late. But, I do get it. Tegan and I was super tired that day but a little rest she wanted to play. Teagan is doing just fine. She us drinking, eating, playing, and running around the house/yard having fun.

Great organization with friendly, caring and very helpful people. Getting our precious puppy was seamless. We had never purchased a puppy before. From the first phone call to the pick-up our experience was 5 star!

Piper's name is now Hannah. She is such a cutie. She is super mischievous. Did she like to chew on hands and ankles and pants when she was with the breeder? She is getting better each day with this, but she let's you know when she is bored. She has tons of toys, but still likes to chew on your hands. She is also really sweet. I can tell she is going to be a really nice pet, when the teething is over. She loves to roll on her back for belly rubs and likes to kiss before she starts nibbling on your face. She is very loved already. She is going to go to puppy training in May, which is the earliest we could get her into training with the trainer. I am still keeping her apart, mostly, from the other 2 pets we have, because I'm afraid of them getting cut with her razor sharp teeth. She is a sweetie and my husband and I love her so much. Just trying to get her past chewing on hands, legs, ankles and pants. Do you have any suggestions to help with this?

We r very pleased with Sabrina but she doesn't no her name- she is a bundle of joy. Gives lot of kisses & gets into trouble a lot- we will not give her back.

Pawrade really went above and beyond to ensure that we were well informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them. They did a great job of connecting us with our new puppy!

Everything I had hoped went very smoothly and was extremely sufficient. I got all the information I asked for including pictures of the parents and updated pics of my puppy doing poses specifically customized by me to help ease my mind. I was very aware of how some dishonest breeders copy images from other sites and how they only accept payments such as MoneyGram and Western Union. But that ain't Pawrade. They are the real deal! I got my exact puppy that I fell in love with and she came (with care) when they said she would. 4 stars! Pawrade exceeded my expectations. Now, I have my puppy to love and hug. Thanks Pawrade!
