Excellent communication. I was so hesitant initially that it may be a scam. However, I am here to tell you it is absolutely not! In fact, when a box was marked accidentally for the optional 10 year warranty, I complained and my money was quickly refunded. In addition, not only were all of my questions answered by the concierge, I spoke with breeder on phone and Zoom call. With all of this, I felt secure and at ease. My puppy was driven in one of their luxury vans from Texas to Nevada. I was contacted immediately by the driver as soon as my puppy was picked up, and the number for the driver was given to me so I could check in daily. The driver responded quickly. My pup was picked up about 9pm PST on Monday and was delivered at 4:45am Thursday morning. I received a call from driver the evening before and 1/2 hour before they arrived. Again, the communication throughout my experience was superb! Moreover, my puppy arrived in great health and clean!

2nd fur baby via this venue (some sort of issue both time) and neither time was I ever given the opportunity to enter any discount code, yet I keep getting emails for them- should have been able to on both... then all kinds of communication disconnects, lack of doc's that weren't sent that are to be completed and returned in a specific time frame... in an 18 hour period my delivery went from a Saturday to Friday to Thursday (due flight nanny's issue with weather) back to Friday (due to age restraints- which I understand) then "maybe" the next Monday ("sorry nothing we can do") - at this point I was so far beyond upset.... next thing you know, miraculously- I was back to delivery on my original Delivery date of Saturday..... during delivery I got a text from the original flight nanny that I had to "bear with them on their continued delays"....

Everything was great until I paid for my puppy. Once I paid and signed everything Reagan totally ditched me. Like as soon as she closed the sale she took days to respond to me. To the point where I had to just say hello? Hello? To get an answer. Once I had picked a day to pick up my puppy, and I tried to confirm with no success. I booked my flight, thinking that everything was gonna be OK. Once I landed where the puppy was living, I still had to ask for the Breeder's information. Once I got in contact with Breeder, he let me know that, the ball was dropped on the pawrade side. I was wildly disappointed.

I just wanted to thank you guys very much I am very happy that I got her she is the most amazing dog I have had easy to train she's almost housebroken she has a couple accidents if I don't catch her right away but I've been working to keep her non stressed and me and my girlfriend have been working with her and she is quiet very protective of me which I wanted and now we're going to work on the service and esa dog but I really think you for all the hard work that you did to get me my puppy and I think you guys are amazing

From start to finish they were the example of professionalism. I was skeptical at first only because I was nearly scammed by five fake internet sites but the staff at pawrade starting with Janell put my mind at ease at kept in constant contact with me , I even told Janell in the beginning I was uneasy and canceled but called her back a day later and I couldn't be happier that I did !!! We truly love our new family member and owe it all to Janell and the rest of the staff . Thank you so much all off you and God bless .
