Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They delivered me a sick dog with Bordetella and parasites and it cost me over $1200 just to get him seen and put on medication. This company does not require them to have them vaccinated on Bordetella and other vaccines that are similar only the main ones. Careful you may receive a sick dog like I did. I would spend an extra money and go to a breeder that is close to you. Too much stress on the puppy when they deliver them and drive them across the United States, if you're gonna do that have them delivered on airpinion

Everything went well from the purchase on and everyone was very pleasant to work with. When the puppy was delivered the driver was very friendly and nice to deal with. If I had one concern or complaint it would be that there would be a little better communication about the travel arangments for the puppy coming from Pawrade, because the breeder reach out to us to keep us informed which she is totally awesome.

Bad breeder, I have pictures and can explain more in depth. Pawrade should beware of this breeder. Pawrade staff is good and helpful. Also was strange that MetLife coverage is not applicable if I arage transport.

The process was really fast and customer service were really friendly helped us along the way we received the puppy in a couple of days she was super cute clean and healthy the delivery person brought the puppy inside my house really carefully he was nice as well! I would recommend pawrade to everyone I love it thank you sooo much!

We absolutely adore our new baby but I must say we were very disappointed at pick up as she was very dirty and smelled terrible and we had to drive 6 hours home with her in that condition. But we got her home and bathed her immediately and she's a happy girl!

I'm very upset with the handling of my puppy. she was treated like luggage, was very stressed out and smelled like she was sitting in here own waste! the way that our dog stella was treated is unacceptable and cruel.

Unfortunately, once the puppy has been handed off to American Airlines we have no control over the puppy anymore. We will file a complaint with American Airlines though on your behalf in hopes future deliveries are not an issue.

We received our Cane Corso puppy (Eris (Nirobe)) on 5/22/21 and she arrived in great health and was immediately in a playful mood with my 5 year old son. The whole process was very easy and I worked with a man named Peter who was very informative and communicated every step of the way and if he didn't know something he didn't hesitate to contact the breeder with my questions, whether it be day or night.
