The purchase and communication was excellent. I appreciated the helpful tips and guidance regarding our pups first few weeks. I was disappointed when I asked where the Breeder was located that I was given incorrect information. We were instructed to pick the puppy up in an Amish area. Unfortunately, due to a number of Puppy Mills in that area, it caused concern that my puppy was from a puppy mill. When I asked where the breeder was located and my concern about a puppy mill, I was told they were from a city not close to where we were to pick the puppy up. That eased my concerns. However the breeder was in fact from the Amish area. It would have been so much better if the concierge had been honest and told me the truth. Then calmed my fears by going through Pawrades vetting process for all breeders who use them. I was told by the Medlife fellow that Pawrade vets, visits, and insures that the breeder is above board. Honesty is always the best policy.

What a fabulous puppy Tillie is! She is so outgoing and loving and smart! The breeder must have loved her as their own as she started running and playing with toys as soon as came into house. The transport company Puzzle Piece had a wonderful man Christien who was very kind and loved Tillie. We are so happy with her and so glad we found her at Pawrade. Also all the staff at Pawrade were so informative and communicative! Wonderful experience. Thank you!

I'm not what the confusion is. I was given a dog who was listed as Ruby I was given her medical records with her real name (Stella).bthen all medical records said Stella. Then, given her name again with her food bag. I'm concerned about puppy mill. She didn't did'nt receive proper car.?upset !

Our transaction went smoothly. The breeder was very nice and gave us some tips. The first night was tough. She had diarrhea and vomiting, I assume from all the excitement. She had her first vet appointment 2 days later and all is well. We are teaching her what rewards are given when obeying commands, and crate training is going well. We love her, but hope she "gets it" soon on potty training.

The process was informative and better than expected. I was hesitant at first because I haven't bought a puppy online before but the amount of information given to you and the support through the whole process was excellent. Any worries we had were addressed and we were kept updated constantly. The puppy we got is happy and healthy and our vet said she is in excellent condition.

Overall we were very pleased with the way the transaction was handled. And, more important, we are loving our new puppy. Took off 1 star only because the communication was not 100% clear. We did now know we would have to pay in full well in advance of the day we would pick up our dog. And, info about the breeder or how we would even pick up the puppy was slow in coming. But in the end, everything worked out fine.
