I was concerned when I stopped being able to open any links to internal messaging. It was also hard to reach anyone on the primary phone number on the website - in fact I never got an answer there. Pam in sales was wonderful, Emily with feeding instructions etc was wonderful too, though never got call backs when I had questions. However, Morgan was exceptional! She noted my issues and calmed my concerns when I nearly cancelled the transaction. All in all, the steps from purchase to coordinated delivery were really good. Five stars if the messaging system had worked - they were coming by text and email 24/7 and Morgan is the only way I learned what those messages were.

Tara and Donna were so helpful with their assistance. The Puppies Express kept me apprised of there transport and great communication on the delivery day. Our little guy was happy and in very good spirits!!! We were so pleased that he went to our back door when he needed to void. Obviously the breeder started potty training. THANK YOU Pawrade for the great breeders that provide such tender loving care to their dos and puppies.

Wonderful experience. The Pawrade staff are awesome guiding me through the process. The process was somewhat complicated, but I know it was in the best interest of the puppy. My puppy, Coco is a Cavashon. We just got back from seeing our vet and she is in perfect health. The delivery service was great...they stayed in contact through texting so I knew when she would arrive. I would recommend Pawrade.

The delivery was fantastic. I was kept informed all along the line, when the pup was picked up, on route, just before delivery, and she was clean and happy when she was handed off. The delivery men were polite, professional, quick, and made the final steps very easy. I was emailed copies of all the paperwork before they drove away.

From the first request to that arrival of our newest family member, Pawrade was on top of everything. Not only did they send us all the information we needed but they followed up with phone calls. If we emailed with questions/concerns, they responded in good time. The best of all we received a wonderful, happy and healthy puppy.

I could not be more satisfied, nor delighted with my experience with Pawrade and the breeders! From my first inquiry when I asked if the breeder might be able to "hold" my puppy until I returned from a preplanned vacation, until the moment Juniper (now Luna) arrived, the communication and service was excellent. I am very glad I chose to have the professionals deliver her. They were also amazing and took great care of Luna in transport and kept me informed along the way. The breeders did a phenomenal job of raising and socializing Luna. She is a curious and confident pup, healthy and full of energy and puppy love! Every question I had was answered and any concern addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend that people looking for a puppy and reputable breeder use Pawrade.

This was a hugely stressful and frustrating experience. I have taken the puppy to the vet and he got his vaccinations at inappropriate times. He actually needed vaccinations at his vet visit but due the contract he can’t get them for 10 days. Although he is 4 months he did not get flea tick or heartworm meds. As we have serious problems with mosquitoes he received that today. I will not do this again and will not recommend. Very concerned he is actually a puppy mill pup
