Tara and Donna were so helpful with their assistance. The Puppies Express kept me apprised of there transport and great communication on the delivery day. Our little guy was happy and in very good spirits!!! We were so pleased that he went to our back door when he needed to void. Obviously the breeder started potty training. THANK YOU Pawrade for the great breeders that provide such tender loving care to their dos and puppies.

Wonderful experience. The Pawrade staff are awesome guiding me through the process. The process was somewhat complicated, but I know it was in the best interest of the puppy. My puppy, Coco is a Cavashon. We just got back from seeing our vet and she is in perfect health. The delivery service was great...they stayed in contact through texting so I knew when she would arrive. I would recommend Pawrade.

The delivery was fantastic. I was kept informed all along the line, when the pup was picked up, on route, just before delivery, and she was clean and happy when she was handed off. The delivery men were polite, professional, quick, and made the final steps very easy. I was emailed copies of all the paperwork before they drove away.

From the first request to that arrival of our newest family member, Pawrade was on top of everything. Not only did they send us all the information we needed but they followed up with phone calls. I could not be more satisfied, nor delighted with my experience with Pawrade and the breeders! From my first inquiry when I asked if the breeder might be able to "hold" my puppy until I returned from a preplanned vacation, until the moment Juniper (now Luna) arrived, the communication and service was excellent. I am very glad I chose to have the professionals deliver her. They were also amazing and took great care of Luna in transport and kept me informed along the way. The breeders did a phenomenal job of raising and socializing Luna. She is a curious and confident pup, healthy and full of energy and puppy love! Every question I had was answered and any concern addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend that people looking for a puppy and reputable breeder use Pawrade.

This was a hugely stressful and frustrating experience. I have taken the puppy to the vet and he got his vaccinations at inappropriate times. He actually needed vaccinations at his vet visit but due the contract he can’t get them for 10 days. Although he is 4 months he did not get flea tick or heartworm meds. As we have serious problems with mosquitoes he received that today. I will not do this again and will not recommend. Very concerned he is actually a puppy mill pup

The purchase and communication was excellent. I appreciated the helpful tips and guidance regarding our pups first few weeks. I was disappointed when I asked where the Breeder was located that I was given incorrect information. We were instructed to pick the puppy up in an Amish area. Unfortunately, due to a number of Puppy Mills in that area, it caused concern that my puppy was from a puppy mill. When I asked where the breeder was located and my concern about a puppy mill, I was told they were from a city not close to where we were to pick the puppy up. That eased my concerns. However the breeder was in fact from the Amish area. It would have been so much better if the concierge had been honest and told me the truth. Then calmed my fears by going through Pawrades vetting process for all breeders who use them. I was told by the Medlife fellow that Pawrade vets, visits, and insures that the breeder is above board. Honesty is always the best policy.
