My review is strictly on the Pawrade service, because now that we have finally received our puppy, she's great. I was NOT thrilled about the communication or lack thereof during this process. I originally chose the airpanion option as I thought it was the quickest and safest method to get our puppy from Michigan to Nevada. I paid for our puppy on the 10th of December, and at no point was I ever sent update photos or allowed to be in contact with the breeder directly. I asked several times for photos and was told I would get them. By the end of December when there was still NO clear date about delivery, I asked them to tell me my options and opted to switch to ground delivery. We missed out on a lot of time with our puppy because no one was clear with me about how air flights can basically be delayed indefinitely. The upside was, I was refunded for the difference for the travel and the puppy was delivered very quickly by the delivery service and she was clean and happy when she got here

Archie has acclimated so well in three days. He's eating, figured out how to get on the beds and up the stairs, and has had just one accident since the first full day and night. My puppy “Lenny” was advertised on the website as a male, and the written description beneath the name also referred to a male dog. The photos were accurate, but the gender was not—the puppy delivered to us is actually a female. She arrived after three days of travel. We adore her and have decided to keep her, and she appears healthy so far. However, the incorrect gender listing was a significant mistake, and it does raise concerns about what other information—such as health details—might also be inaccurate. For transparency, we did contact the breeder after delivery, and he consistently referred to her as a female. This suggests the website, not the breeder, may have been responsible for the error. Still, the experience left us questioning the site’s reliability.

My pup has a respiratory infection and has to be on medicine. When she was delivered I notice immediately a distinctive breathing/respiratory problem and she was coughing - like trying to cough up phlegm and had a runny nose. Luckily, our vet visit was the following day and is not on medicine for 2 weeks. The transporter seemed nice. I do wonder how "pampered" the transportation was as she was very smelly when delivered. It broke my heart to bathe her knowing she had a cold. She is beautiful and we lover her. It's a shame to came to us sick.

Paul is a beautiful dog. He appears healthy - going to the vet today for an overall wellness check. He has warmed up and loves to play with other dogs. Not sure the glucose is really a requirement for transporting a dog 2 1/2 hours. Paul was fine.
