Everything went fine except I was given the impression I was going to pick my pup at at her actual breeder but it wasn’t and the breeder I picked her up at didn’t have answers to my questions. Also, the actual tag didn’t accompany her rabies vaccination documents and my vet said you need both for proof. I do love my puppy she is so sweet and my son was glad I didn’t have to take payment with me that Petpay took care of that.

The overall experience was positive. I did experience some anxiety because this was the first puppy I have “bought” and read so many horror stories about puppy mills and bad practices. I shared this with Donna, my buyers liason, and she was wonderful in easing my concerns and going above and beyond in providing answers, pictures and support. I am thrilled with my puppy and loved getting to meet the family who cared for her.

We have had no problems with the process of adoption through Pawrade. However, we do have issues with the breeder representation of the puppy. We had our puppy at a vet visit less than 24 hours after receiving him. The vet indicated that he was underweight, had a yeast infection in his ears and has giardia. All of these diagnoses have required special food and drug treatments. The Petfax paperwork that was provided concerning the vet visit prior to his transfer indicated that his weight was ideal, no ear infection and that his fecal test was negative. We love this sweet little loving puppy and hate that we are having to deal with these issues right off the bat.

Excellent experience. The whole thing was pricey but well worth it for first time buyers. The Pawrade team answered all our questions and provided us comfort that we were buying from skilled and qualified breeders and getting a great little pup that was healthy, happy and well cared for from birth to our handoff. The specific pup transporters (Wags on Wheels) was truly amazing and took such excellent care of our puppy in transit and kept us super up to date along the way! Really had a great experience!

I typically don't give glowing reviews much anymore because good service is so hard to find. The team at Pawrade was awesome. I was personally called by staff members to make sure I was informed and educated on the protocol. We made special arrangements for our puppy's delivery and Pawrade made it all happen smoothly. The text chain between all involved on the day of delivery was very comforting as we had our puppy coming from across the country. Even text messages and calls days after delivery looking out for the puppy's wellbeing. All aces in my book!
