The process was easy at the beginning, but later started complex with different representatives and areas like Petpay etc. We needed to be contactingbthe representatives to received updates on the puppy and that let us know maybe the representatives were busy or not interested in the process.
this is the second puppy I have gotten from Pawrade and the service, once again, was impeccable. When the puppy is in transit, they keep you informed every step of the journey. I highly recommend them

Overall I had a positive experience with Pawrade. I found my beautiful puppy through the website and was able to adopt her in a reasonable amount of time. The breeder was very nice and took good care of my puppy for her first 8 weeks. Most of the Pawrade staff were very responsive. The adoption process was pretty straightforward with minimal issues. The price is a little higher than I expected and one staff member was slow to respond or didn’t respond at all. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
Overall, I believe the process went very well. However, I was surprised to find out that getting an AKC Chihuahua for $3,590.00 did not include breeding rights which would be charged for an additional $500.00. Surely, prices for AKC Chihuahuas have not increased that much in the past 20 years? Twenty years ago, I was selling full blood AKA Chihuahuas with breeding rights for $250.00
Just returned from the 3 day vet check. ZUZU has hook worms, fleas, and none of her vaccines are recognized. HOWEVER, my entire process with PAWRADE has been STELLAR! Everyone was knowledgeable and willing to help! They kept me informed at all twists & turns. THANK YOU

Great experience and my baby is perfect
The journey to purchase a puppy from Pawrade was better than I expected. The care the staff showed for the puppy was worth 10 stars! Their customer service was possibly the best I have ever experienced with any purchase I have made, and I am 70 years old! The transporters were wonderful. They treated our puppy like the star he is. If you are in the market for a new puppy, I highly recommend Pawrade.

From the very beginning of the process until the moment Chu-Chu arrived safely at my home, my experience with Pawrade was excellent. As a first-time customer purchasing a puppy through an online broker, I naturally had many questions. Every representative I worked with was professional, courteous, patient, and responsive. Donna, Liz, Reagean, Ashley, Brenda, and the rest of the team consistently kept me informed and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. xpress Puppies did an outstanding job transporting her from Missouri to North Carolina. They kept me updated during her trip, answered my questions promptly, and delivered her safely. Chu-Chu arrived alert, healthy, and in excellent condition. Within 24 hours of arriving home, she was eating, drinking, playing, and settling in beautifully. My veterinarian examined her the next day and was very pleased with her overall health. She has already become a beloved member of our family. Overall, I couldn't be happier!

The process was very simple easily explained and my Puppy was in great health loved meeting the breeder. That was very nice. Very smooth transaction.

I would like to add that I believe every customer should have more updates on their pets without having to feel the need to reach out, especially when there is a delay in delivery. Even in the form of an automated message/email letting me know I am not forgotten about.

Pawrade and their entire team are the best! They have been so helpful throughout the whole process with getting my Daria home which was Saturday, May 30th, 2026. She had a long flight home from Florida but was a trooper the whole time and was assisted by her nanny. We are so grateful to have her home with us and she's a beatiful smart sweet Chihuhua puppy. She's a wonderful addtion to our family. Thank you again Pawrade. I highly recommend adopting a puppy from this company that has the best selection of puppes. Loretta Goldston :)
