I worked with Lissette on a house purchase and now on a house sale. No matter what she does, it is with the utmost care, diligence and a bright smile. If you are needing information, she is quick to gather and impart it. She is great in keeping the flow moving and the reminders coming. Lissette is a great realtor and I know she enjoys her work.
Very pleased with the entire process. Everyone we talked to was very courteous, friendly and understanding when we asked questions. Will highly recommend to everyone. This includes the gentlemen who delivered our puppy during the night. The experience was way easier than expected, the entire process was easy, we would do it again a heartbeat.

His name is Jax He was delivered right to the front door with two really sweet people that gave us him. He was immaculate and we got a little bag of a little toys for him. They did a great job of delivery. He is the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen.

This is the best thing I have ever done Amelia is so loyal and loving she came from a good home with lots of love and TLC she responds to commands so well she is know trouble except potty training will have to work on that but Beautiful and so precious Parade thank you they did a wonderful Job bringing her right to my door . I would only get a puppy again from them the people were great it was a hundred per cent perfect transaction from start to finish thank you all Rita

We absolutely adore our little, Maizee!! (and I really mean little she only weighs 2lbs 5oz!) The whole process to bring our little lady home was super smooth. All the people that helped us with the whole process were very helpful and kind. When we are ready for another addition to our fur baby family, we will be looking on Pawrade again!
Purchasing my puppy was easy. You had a concierge that kept in touch with you. The gentlemen that delivered her were excellent also. Her breeder text me and we talked on the phone when she was delivered. A+

Overall, it was a good experience. The only thing I would complain about is my puppies shot records were not accurate or up-to-date. Other than that, I’m very happy.
No deworming, fleas, eating feces, ears infections, traumatized stress, no pee pad training as it was announced, don't think is a purebred Chihuahua, looks like a mix, Maltese and Chihuahua. Price like it was for a purebred. Delivery conditions unacceptable!
I was nervous about using a service like this because of the controversial nature of it. But I was tired of getting dogs that the seller claimed would remain small & then they didn’t. As I don’t think I will have the opportunity or ability to keep acquiring pets, this time I wanted to get it right … and I have. There were requirements that had to be met by everyone involved. This included Pawrade, the breeder, the breeder’s vet, myself, my vet & the transport nanny. That’s a lot to coordinate & it was done almost seamlessly. I say almost because there were a couple of tiny hiccups, which are to be expected. For instance, a flight delay because of weather. Would I do this again? Absolutely! I’m in love with my little chi & he has the sweetest personality. I think he is quite smart, too. I noticed he was watching the TV screen & he was barking at the doggie in the mirror, which, of course, was him. If it’s time in your life, don’t hesitate to buy from Pawrade.
