Our experience was exceptional starting with my 1st phone call when I spoke to Puppy Concierge, Michelle. After that our Customer Concierge, Christie was phenomenal. She responded to every question and concern (& I had lots) in a timely manner, connected me with our breeder and reassured us at every turn. When the day finally arrived to meet our precious puppy (which we renamed Cali) the transporters were equally gracious and very helpful with the handoff. She came to us happy, calm, clean and Oh! So sweet!! We could not be happier with our experience and want to thank the the staff who helped us navigate this overwhelming process.

Just received a wonderful puppy from pawrade. They worked with me the through the whole process which went extremely smooth . I had my pup delivered to me and the delivery people were wonderful. I highly recommend this company. Just took my pup for her well check and she's very healthy. Thank you DA

Pawrade was honestly great!!! I had a problem with a breeder who stop contacting pawrade which was frustrating, but they reassured me and helped me so much! I appreciate all that pawrade and petpay do ! I am now so beyond happy with my Buffy (name change from Dolly) she is perfect! Thank you!!!!
