The process in general went smoothly, I only wish I could have verbally talked with people through the process and learned more information about the Breeders, the process, expectations. I thought I was going to get some sort of paper with Cindy Lou parents pictures and information. I'm not very tech savvy and struggle with everything being done in texts and emails. Way too complicated. Transfer from Breeder was poor. There were 2 20 yr old girls who made the transfer who were 1 hr late. Did not supply 6 lb of dog food. But the puppy is fine

It was a wonderful experience. I was nervous about a scam but they helped me through the procedure. Peter was the first and last person I dealt with and he was the very best. Shannon and Jillian were wonderful also and answered all my questions. I love my puppy. What a personality he has!

The adoption process was awesome. Very professionally handled and well organized. The communications with Peter, Renee, Ellen and the puppy Nanny as well as the person who called me to discuss nutrition needs of Annabelle were all excellent ! I have only positive comments. We love our new puppy and you can tell she came from a caring breeder who socialized her well. She is a bundle of fun and energy and we are enjoying her do much. Thank you all!

I was so hesitant to purchase a puppy online. I didn't want to have anything to do with puppy mills and rescuing a dog during Covid was difficult at best....there were just too many people in the New York area who wanted to adopt and the supply could not meet the demand. I was researching online and came upon Pawrade...and I'm so glad I did. From my first phone call to our new puppy being delivered to our door, the staff and process could not have been any better. All my questions were answered and the entire team at Pawrade was patient and always responded in a timely manner. We love our little guy! Thank you Pawrade!

I just want to say how much I love the newest member of our family. She is the sweetest little girl. There are a couple of things that I would like to mention. It is very possible that I missed it but I didn't see an option to pick up my puppy from the breeder. That is something that I would have preferred. Also, there is no way to ensure my sister-in-law that she did not come from a puppy mill. I realize you do your best to ensure that is not the case but it would be nice to be able to check reviews on the actual breeder. But we are very happy with Maddie. Thank you so much.

The service was AWESOME! Beth and Brandon help me out with the online concerns that I was having. They answered all the questions that I had. They also offer a transportation service the bought my puppy Marbles now Sasha Sassy to me. They sent me a locator that allowed me to track their progress. Stephen was great he gave Sasha a bath before he delivered her to me. She was well taken care of during her long journey to Philadelphia. Jess the breeder was very nice she sent weekly pictures to me. Let me know everything in needed to know to make Sasha's transition as easy as possible. Sasha is happy little ball of fur and I can't wait to get home and see her everyday. Thank you all.
