HOWL-®-WEENSPECIAL SALE Code "B00100" I had several emails back/forth with Dan explaining to him that your company Pawrade could be held responsible under "Truth in Advertising" laws for denying a customer an advertised discount yet he didn't care. This is certainly no way to establish trust in your company, an online entity. The refusal to apply the $100 discount promotion to my purchase which was being made in time, caused me to doubt the legitimacy of your company. I suggest you review all of the emails between myself and Pawrade via support@pawrade.com, to see the error made by your sales manager in my transaction. Disturbingly the puppy "Mabel" was delivered to me SICK w/ear infection, costing me $200 for my Vet bill

The transaction went smoothly for the most part. Would have appreciated having the contact information for the breeder sooner than a couple of days before we were to meet. Liked the security of using a third party that accepted credit cards for payment because it gave us the assurance that we could get refunded if anything happened.
