Pia is a joy. We picked her up on March 23 and brought her straight home. She took to us immediately and we had no problems with her. We have a Bichon Poodle (Izzy) at home and Pia we to her immediately and wanted to play. Izzy is somewhat jealous of Pia because she has been with us alone for about 2 years. One of the reasons we got Pia was because we had to put our previous Coton down and Izzy seemed lonely; I think we were right. These two dogs play for at least 1/2 hour two or three times a day. Pia loves Izzy and I have never seen Izzy play like this before. Izzy is gentle with Pia too. They are starting to be closer every day. Such a joy to watch.

The software used to pay was a bit confusing, but I always received responses to all my questions in a very timely manner. When my husband and I picked up our new pup Pierre, he was clean, healthy, happy, and the staff was very friendly. Pierre was up to date on all his shots and already microchipped. All the required paperwork was provided and ready, so picking up Pierre was very efficient and pleasant. Everyone involved was very helpful. The overall adoption process went smoothly, and the Pawrade website was easy to navigate.

Shane, now Crypto, is absolutely adorable, wonderful personality and very loving. The process for purchasing a puppy was smooth and would recommend Pawrade to anyone wanting to purchase a puppy. The only thing I would provide is to have water in the transportation truck to clean puppies when they have mishap. Puppy arrived with poo all over his feet and legs.

Everything is wonderful with my new puppy. But from a business point of view, I received much better service 6 months ago when I bought my first puppy from you. I had more contact and information given to me then in the form of direct contact through email and phone calls. The process was fairly smooth but there were some communication breakdowns and slow responses. The other struggles were receiving the wrong paperwork from the owner and the owner claiming she was housebroken when she definitely was not. Pawrade should vet the owners and ensure the honesty of their owners better

Hi Many steps needed to adopt your new puppy. Steps that insure that everyone involved are protected. So get your list ready! It is a long process and is well worth the wait. Many components to this process and the people involved were very professional and helpful. My Coton just went to her first required Vet visit and she was deemed perfect! Just remember, once your puppy is home your sleeping will be interrupted and being there for you puppy every minute will become your new way of life. But well worth it!

Kind of a detailed process at first, but reflecting back, it was a good thing. It wasn't just a transaction, it was designed to keep the puppy safe. He arrived happy and healthy and made himself at home right away. Eating and drinking and sleeping well. We totally love him. Jason and Lem, the drivers were great and Carli really made it happen.

Grace is such a healthy, inquisitive, adorable pup. Her name is Rosie now. Transaction was smooth. I wish I would've gotten to speak with the breeder but other than that I have nothing but good things to say about Pawrade. The sweet little Coton de Tulear puppy named Archie (renamed Brutus) was delivered to my door one week ago today. He is just a bundle of love. He is healthy, full of energy and just a little mischievous. The veterinarian gave him a clean bill of health. He apparently had no problems with the 2 day ride to get here. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a fur baby.
