I've had my Coton de Tulear puppy for exactly one week now and I can't even begin to express how much joy he has brought into my life. Iost my previous Coton after 16 wonderful years and this new little guy has helped heal my heart. I'm so thankful I have this healthy, happy, loving new member of the family.
Pawrade provided an excellent experience in obtaining our new furry friend!
Good stuff: the staff communication and follow-through were excellent. Our puppy arrived in good health and seems to be well cared for. Good to know stuff (Pawrade did not respond to my request to address these issues before I wrote this review): I'm not confident that we weren't provided a puppy from a mass breeder. Red flags ahead of time include not being able to visit the puppy at the breeder, or being able to see the parents by video. I'm also concerned that I was told the wrong location of the breeder (by 25 miles). When I went to pick up the puppy, locals indicated the actual northern Indiana region of the breeder is notorious for puppy mills. Finally, my pre-purchase communication and the "no puppy mills" marketing led me to believe we were dealing with a small-volume breeder. After purchase, we received the breeder's address, and Google Maps indicates it is a large operation with construction adding more. Hopefully this helps you decide whether to proceed.

Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I felt that they all cared about my decisions, and supported all of my requests. Responses were immediate and informative. The transportation associates listed everything I needed to know and the gentlemen that delivered my buddy were very caring and kept me up to date on their location and their schedule! The breeder gave me some starter food, a leash, and a collar with wonderful instructions on my pup’s care! All around quality service! I would definitely recommend Pawrade and all of their associates! Thank you for everything!

Being of an age where technology has somewhat "left me behind," I was a little skeptical about purchasing a puppy online. My search for a specific breed took me to Pawrade and, after much deliberation, I decided to hit the BUY button. To my delight, the journey was guided by knowledgeable people whose expertise in their field made all the difference. Purchasing, insurance, travel -- everything -- was handled professionally. I can't say enough about the staff at Pawrade, and when my local veterinarian examined my pup she was *very impressed* by the lengths taken to ensure a healthy puppy. My last step, travel delivery, was not quite as smooth as other areas (time of delivery was changed 3 times) but I finally held her at 5:15AM this morning! Five stars and five thumbs up to Pawrade.

We are extremely pleased with the communication effort and attention paid to all of our questions as we went through the process of choosing a new family member who was chosen by and a gift for our daughter and son in law. Pawrade prides themselves in advertising only from reputable breeders. No puppy mills. Since our puppy was coming from another state, Pawrade offers transportation. This too was easily arranged and provided by 2 drivers, one who is a guaranteed Vet Tech. They take extraordinary care with their passengers and the transition from breeder to new home. I was worried that the puppy would be disheveled and nervous after such a long drive, but she was perfect! Happy, playful running around and greeting her new Mom, Dad and human siblings. I am thoroughly impressed by this company and cannot thank them enough for the smoothness, care, and all around wonderful process.

Some workers very professional, reachable but others not. Received puppy at 1 am while asleep. Text delivery notice last minute had hallmarks of scam. Deleted. No control of time to receive puppy. Tested positive for parvo next day.$500 rx shot. Legal Fine print of warranty excludes in office test almost all vets use to start rx rather than 7 days usps. Thiis is a major puppy broker or “mill”. Most employees unaware and are good people. Without them, zero stars.

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very pleasant and professional.
Amazing how they could drive all the way from the east coast to the west coast and still keep the puppies comfortable and safe for such a long journey, Franco arrived healthy and happy. Much thanks to the great drivers who were able to accomplish that difficult task!

You guys have been wonderful - and so informative. I do have a complaint though - with the delivery person. He carried Jackson (Sullivan) into the airport over head as though he was delivering a pizza. This must have bruised his ribs or his tummy - for the first two weeks we could not pick him up - he was lovable - on his level - but we couldn't cuddle him - that was a grave disappointment, plus I knew my little guy was hurting. But he seems all healed now and we are having a wonderful experience with him.

Great experience purchasing puppy! Time will tell, but very happy with our selection. Beware of extra costs such as tax and transportation. Listing was $2650 but when all was said and done with tax and delivery tip, came to about $4000 and the MetLife pet insurance does not kick in for NY, so also consider additional vet fees for remaining vaccines and arrival check. They say you get what you pay for. We are really hoping he is with it. So far, his love is priceless.

Archie,his new name, is my 4th dog , 2nd Coton de Tulear and first experience with Pawrade. It could not have been any easier or more positive. They were there for me the whole journey with support and immediate answers to all my questions. Archie arrived on a dreary,rainy afternoon and immediately fit right in. I was indeed “In great Paws”. I do not like the fact that the full payment needs to be done ahead of time rather than right before the pick up . It creates distrust . Also , I got puppy with uti , giardia, and caccidia infection even tho the dog supposed to be health and had deworming.
