Professional prompt and very caring team. Regardless of what was needed they handle everything fast and answer questions thoroughly. The dog is gorgeous and healthy. That part is good. But I didn't have a great experience. We chose a dog, and paid for it. Then, a few days later, the gal calls us and tells us that they sold the dog to someone else. So we chose another dog. I asked to have the name changed, because I didn't want a dog named George. The puppy wasn't going to be ready for 6 weeks, so this shouldn't have been an issue, yet for some reason, it was. They wouldn't do that for me. Then, when the dog got delivered, they came at 3:00am on a Wednesday morning. That seemed absurd to me. And the delivery people asked me twice for a tip. Here's a tip: Don't schedule your delivery times during the middle of the night. I wasn't going to leave a review, because I had nothing nice to say other than we love our puppy, but they keep sending me these dang emails asking for a review and I got tired of deleting them.

Pawrade is excellent! The puppy concierge was very communicative regarding the process of receiving our puppy. They were friendly and had no problem answering my questions throughout the process. The puppy delivery transporters also kept in touch with me throughout the delivery process and provided status updates on my pup. The entire experience was hassle-free. I highly recommend!

We paid ~$7,500 for a mini dachshund advertised as blonde and already spayed. She arrived bright orange and has now gone into heat at 8 months, meaning she was never spayed despite paperwork saying she was. Multiple attempts to contact Pawrade have gone unanswered.

We are in love with Belladonna (chosen name: Hazley). I have some feedback on the process. I requested updated photos two times. It took a week to get 3 pictures from the breeder. I never received the second request. I suggest that once a puppy is committed to a family, the buyer should get routine updates with photos once a week. Seems logical and appropriate given the cost associated with a new puppy.

Hi, Booker is doing fine. I have kept the Book part of his name, because the book part of his name was what originaly attracted him to me, due to my last name being Books. He has been renamed "Booksey" and is starting to learn his new name. He still has not mastered the pee pad and going outside to the bathroom yet, but we are working on that. Thank You!

Our puppy concierge, Lilly, was very responsive to our questions and was a helpful negotiator with the breeder. Responses regarding transporting the puppy home took longer but likely due at least in part due to our rural location. It was still less stressful to have Pawrade take care of the flight bookings!
