We love our new puppy! The process was professional and easy.
Everything went smoothy and professionally. I couldn't have asked for better communication about our new baby. Every call and question was answered immediately and the travelling doggie delivery husband and wife team right to our door, in a somewhat rural location in Vermont, was delightful. We have other dogs in the house but now we're dealing with the exuberance and energy of a puppy. It's crazy, but fun.
I adore my baby Buttercup. She arrived last Friday. She's lively and healthy. Her wellness check with my vet at this end went extremely well. He was impressed. From start to finish, the communications and service was outstanding. Thank you all.
This was the best thing I ever did. There are so many puppy scammers out there after 10 scammers I found Pawrade and they navigated me thru the whole process and today we have our fur baby. They help you thru the process, give you insurance, guarantee your puppy and assure you thru the transport. I highly recommend Pawrade.
Sue, transportation person, was excellent. She helped me with the gps app. And was happy to help me. The pawrade assistant was also excellent. She was patient and thankfully she repeated the process several times. I'm thankful because I was so excited to get my puppy I was distracted. It was hard to hear all that was being said to me. I also had several follow up phone calls from Reps, reiterating the process. I was so skeptical about buying a puppy online, sight unseen. Thank you for all your efforts. She's amazing.

We are absolutely thrilled with 'Stella', our new Dachshund puppy. You folks (Pawrade) were terrific through the entire process! Communication was very thorough from the initial phone call until she arrived at our front door...we could not have asked for more. We would certainly recommend Pawrade to anyone seeking a new puppy.

We had some challenges getting our puppy here due to weather conditions and the holiday, but the Pawrade staff was able to switch gears and arrange ground transportation instead. The requirement of a vet visit within 3 days is unrealistic - we are waiting over 2 weeks to get into a vet due to COVID and staffing shortages - despite scheduling an appointment within hours of purchasing our puppy. My only other concern is that I contacted the breeder (phone number was on the vet paperwork that came with our puppy) and his phone number doesn't work. This makes me question his legitimacy a bit. It would be nice if new owners could be in contact with the breeder in case of any questions. In our case, we only wanted to tell him how much we love our new girl and assure him that she has hit the jackpot with our family (our cats disagree). Overall, a good experience!
