I was asking for communication with the breeder but they never spoke with me. When I get an email from Pawrade they didn't answer my questions about food and things they say I should buy but it does not exist. So let me know alternatives .Next email was from a different person. And then next time the email came from a different person.! 2 weeks of waiting for the dog and I received no interaction with breeder or answers to basic questions. .They send a blanket message and tell me to buy expensive dog food so I don't change her diet but when she arrives they give me food that she's eating and it is not what they told me to buy..Then it goes to Pawpay and different people. Then,guess what. New people that deliver the dog.I ask them to let me know when they are coming because it can be middle of the night. They told me half hour before they arrive is all they will do.Then..5 minutes up the road at 5:00 I get a message .No tip for them when I really wanted to be happy getting my puppy.

I was extremely sceptical about using the Pawrade broker to purchase our new best friend. I had researched reviews, and to be honest, some were not that great. The biggest concerns after reading the reviews were that she would arrive appearing extremely sick and weak and the great communication I had had so far would turn into zero communication with Pawrade. These worries could not have been any farther from reality. We had great communication from start to finish. She was delivered to our doorstep via the transport service, and she was wiggling to get down and play, and has not slowed down since. Extremely happy and healthy! Could not recommend Pawrade enough!

I was a little leery buying a puppy online, especially after reading the horrible reviews. I honestly couldn't be happier. We bought an english bulldog puppy which can have a lot of issues. Our puppy came perfect. The gentleman who delivered our puppy took lots of pictures and kept us up to date on her travel with lots of pictures. She is perfectly healthy and happy. This was a very stressful process on the flight to get my puppy I confirmed a date upon arrival to the airport to pick up we waited 2 hours to receive the puppy on one days notice for the the puppy and nanny to never show up and it was of course after hours couldn’t get a hold of any of the staff and was told that my conformation was overlooked and puppy never flew communication was bad bad experience

Process was easy and fast for having to have him delivered from out of state. Was told it would take 2-4 days for him to arrive once he departed but he was here within 24 hours of his departure

LOVE THE PUPPIES AND DOING BUSINESS WITH PAWRADE HAD BEEN A PLEASURE. MY PROBLEM IS THE VET BILLS THAT WE HAVE INCURRED: 1). JIMMY HAS AN ENLARGED ESOPHAGUS WHICH WILL CREATE PROBLEMS AS HE AGES. TRAPPING FOOD, ETC IN HIS ESOPHAGUS. OUR VET DISCOVERED THIS WHEN WE WERE TRYING TO FIND THE REASON FOR HIS COUGH. 2). NOVA HAS A BLADDER INFECTION THAT WE ARE WORKING ON GETTING TAKEN CARE OF. SHE ALSO HAS A MISFORMED VAGINA THAT IS GOING TO LEAD TO CHRONIC BLADDER INFECTIONS WE LOVE OUR DOGS AND ARE CONCERNED ABOUT LONG TERM ISSUES. CAN YOU HELP WITH AT LEAST OUR INITIAL COSTS? I WILL BE HAPPY TO PROVIDE RECEIPTS.
